Maybe a good place for record artist, but not respect designer at all.
I was introduced to John by a friend and we discussed the design of new logo. Sent out the original design, John replied three month later at Sep confirmed he is interested.
One more month back and forward integration, I was told he liked my design and he needed to pick one(I gave him eight options to choose from). He confirmed the rate and said yes.
Now, one week after our set time to transfer the final work. He is disappearing from calls and message( my message to him doesn’t go thru).
And after finally picked up, he answered I will call u back as soon as I am ready and the waiting time is unsure. Otherwise, I have to move on. Yea I moved on and I am here.
Every single conversation is confirmed in text message in the screen shot.
So 4 months work and time ended up here.

Follow up at Oct 18: one more week passed by as John said “I will let u know when I am ready”. It’s not setting direction but the last round of iteration. Previous two rounds of design has all been proved by John w written record.
