Great pricing & courteous service! You could tell they knew what they were talking about and were able to work with our company's needs and gave options, so we didn't pay for anything unnecessarily!

Call these guys first. They can do what the dealer could not do. Repaired my blank key which had been damaged by the dealer, and programmed it - which the dealer failed to do. Fair, reasonable, the best.

Lost my key at white plains train station and called pop-a-lock in westchester who came out and made a new key with the key code I got from my car dealer and I was driving away in 30 minutes. The technician, Izzy, is a great guy who knew what he was doing. He was very respectful. An overall great experience.

Izzy came early, was understanding of my tardiness due to the maze network of avoiding the GWB.

Was trustworthy enough to through my car without my presence and was basically finished by the time I got there.

Richie and Izzy did a great job of replacing 2 Acura fob/keys efficiently. They kept me in the loop regarding when they would arrive at my house. Super convenient as they come to your house. No waiting at the dealership. Lot cheaper than the dealer for 2 fobs/keys. Extremely professional and personable. I highly recommend them!

Richie was very communicative. Gave us a time frame and then texted when he was on the way. More importantly he didn’t take shortcuts. He did the right thing. I wish I would’ve know about him earlier it would’ve saved me a lot of money. Before buying fobs or keys from the dealer check with him first.

Pop-A-Lock of Westchester is awesome. Richie and crew really know their stuff. They helped fix up and re-key two old traditional locks as well as two hi-tech smartlocks. They even made adjustments to the latch bore that was out of line. Fast, friendly, solution-oriented - a great value for the high level of service. Highly recommended.

Richie was awesome! He came to my home within 15 minutes of my initial call! He and a master locksmith (Izzy) got me into a locked room and replaced the door handle (per my request) to avoid future lockouts super fast. Both of these guys were friendly and professional! Thanks to Izzy and Richie getting a new key for my van was very easy. I do highly recommend their services because it's fast, easy and very convenient. I lost the key to my truck. I bought a new key and they came to program it for me. They do carry keys for just about every make and model of cars just to let you know. ASK! They are extremely reasonably priced. Just an overall fantastic experience with Pop-A-Lock Westchester. Somehow lost my keys while parked in White Plains and needed to find a reliable service. Was with my 12 and 15 year old daughters and didn't want to be stuck out in the cold for hours. Got in touch with Rich and had great communications throughout the process with multiple check-ins even though the entire process was less than an hour. Appreciated the safety of seeing the wrapped Pop A Lock vehicle as there was no doubt who was pulling up. Had called a couple of companies and was able to compare prices and know we got a great price on the service. Would highly recommend the Pop A Lock team if you have a need as they were fast, had a very fair price and were extremely professional.

I had two old car keys falling apart .

They were super responsive. Surprisingly able to help me out in less than a half hour from my phone call. I was on their way to another job, and they stopped by first. They helped me recut new keys and program them and my old ones in about 10-15 min (I didn’t set a timer).

Reasonably priced for the door to door service they provide, which was great, and more than half the price I was quoted by the dealer.

I would call them again any time I need a locksmith.

If I knew Richie would make it that easy for me, coming to my drive way and fast, I probably would have got this done over a year ago.
