Excellent customer service!

My partner and I came to this bank after an issue occurred with her account, causing it to be closed. We’ve been to almost all the Chase banks in the area, and nobody had any answers, nor could she withdrawal her funds from the account.. We came to this Chase Bank as a last hope and Syra was absolutely incredible to us. She listened to us and talked to her higher ups to help us out with our issue, which is now resolved! A big thanks to Syra and her team here at Chase Bank in Clifton Park!

Brand New Location in a very accessible parking lot. There are ATM's along with plenty of help for your financial questions. They have a drive through ATM for after hours service. The new building is well laid out with seating available for a chance to comfortably rest. The clean approach makes it easy to navigate and wireless charging station made it convenient to get a boost when needed. I plan to return here for the ribbon cutting ceremony on 9/26/19 at 10:30am.

Only used the ATM. 3 dollar fee. Quick and easy. Clean location.
