Really loved this great secret coffee shop in my hometown! The ambiance is very laid back and cool, with great and rustic coffee equipment and very pleasant baristas! So friendly and patient! Even the patrons were friendly! As far as the espresso goes: great quality! And the milk was foamed perfectly for my cappuccino! Will return and spread the word!

Love this place! The crepes are delicious and believe it or not, so are the Bavarian pretzels! Coffee is suburb and the staff is always friendly. My 13 years old son loves the jukebox, it's all his favorite classics (Beatles etc)! This is a Ballston Spa gem!

This place is so neat, lots of fun stuff on the walls including original artwork. A really awesome jukebox that has original work IN it & actually works. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Their coffee is great, has no gross burned flavor like the two big chains SB & DD which was delightful and enough to bring me back even before I had a delicious crepe and fresh donut. The crepe was big enough to share if eating it as a treat. My favorite thing was the hot cocoa which was surprisingly NOT disgustingly sweet like everywhere else makes it. Just a hint of sweetness followed by whip cream and chocolate syrup on top. I've never enjoyed a hot cocoa as much as I did here.

This is a very cozy, eclectic, and unique coffee shop! There's a jukebox/record player and other elements that make this a great place to sit and chat. They have delicious cupcakes and coffee/espresso drinks. They offer CBD oil in their drinks for those who would like it. They serve beer, wine and mixed drinks as well. Well worth the visit!

One of my favorite coffee and crepe shops! Nick is so passionate about his coffee and very accommodating for his customers! I highly recommend this lavender matcha latte that I deliciously devoured this morning— and the crepes are just as delicious! A great quaint environment with awesome employees! I can’t write enough— a must see.

Awesome little place, the staff is very friendly and the food is beautifully presented and tastes amazing! I had a chai tea and the Laura Palmer crepe and I will definitely be going back!

The coffee tastes exquisite and their food is delicious...seriously. I can't exaggerate on that because their coffee is freshly roasted and well brewed plus some good crepe options to go along with it. Not only was the crepe good but it was very big...big enough to box it up and take some home. The staff was also exceptionally friendly to match their food. As for the place itself, it is a bit narrow and doesn't come with much space, but that's okay. They have a nice bathroom and a bathroom can speak for an entire business! From start to finish, my experience was 6 stars. I'll end by saying that if you like coffee and actually like it, like for it's distinct notes of taste, then this is the place for you!

Oh my goodness this place has easily become one of my favorites! They have in door seating but it is a little bit cozy. They did say they were moving to a bigger location. Staff are extremely friendly and sociable! The food was just amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

A friend and I were looking for someplace new and we stumbled across this gem and it did not disappoint. When we got there we were very politely greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. The service was quick and efficient, and the crepes were absolutely delicious. It was such a nice time too because they an old fashion juke box that is still functioning that we were able to play some songs on! Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back to this place :)

We're soooo glad we stopped in Ballston Spa, looking for a good cup of coffee, and then were lucky enough to find Nomad. From Nick's cheery hello when we came in, to spotting the classic jukebox by the door, to the surprise when we found that he roasts his own beans (and clearly prides himself in making only _good_ coffee), to feeling at home in the funky & cozy barnwood-themed space, the place is absolutely wonderful!
Great atmosphere, folks conversing all around, excellent coffee, even gluten-free batter is offered for the crepes (I, being gluten sensitive, was really pleased to find out...) Amazing crepes, BTW.
We bought a bag of coffee on our way out, and on reading the label when we arrived home, I found that it's conscientiously marketed, acknowledging the farmer who grew it, how it was processed, the specific variety and the region in Peru where it came from.
Impressive.
Thanks Nick, we'll be back when we come through town again.

Quaint little spot full of big flavor. Good, quality coffee, & they even serve pour over style which I love dearly. The crepes are delicious and are all named after different authors which pairs nicely with the books they have to read while you enjoy your visit. I love what they did with the style of the interior & the jukebox up front makes me happy inside. The owner is very friendly & knowledgeable about his craft. You can feel the passion when you talk to him about it & that's a beautiful thing because it shows in everything that he's done here. I'm so happy this opened up right down the street from my house.

I have not found a bad crepe on the menu yet. Simply delicious. Take a friend, one of you order a savory crepe, the other a sweet crepe and then share 'em. Big portions. The coffee is what you'd expect. Does not disappoint. They serve wine and cocktails later in the day, a good selection at reasonable prices. The true gem at Nomad is the staff. Always friendly always helpful, I think they may be family owned. Oh yeah, and the jukebox has decent tunes on it too.

I’ve only gone twice but everything I’ve gotten so far is delicious. You don’t feel rushed, the coffee is out of this world and the atmosphere is incredible. Loved hearing some of the friendly staff sing and play music- They don’t overwhelm the room with it, it’s played nice and soft. The juke box is awesome too. I’d recommend this place to anyone. The owners have done a great job.

I’ve been going to the nomad for almost two years now, and it’s one of my favorite places in Ballston Spa . They have good service and their food is always great. My favorite thing though, is the way it is decorated. They have an old juke box(it works too!) and there’s a lot of pretty string lights. On your way in, if you look down, you’ll find a see-through floor board that has all kinds of interesting things inside. I won’t spoil all the cool things they have in there, but those are just some highlights. I come here with friends all the time, and we all love it. It’s a perfect place to go rain or shine (tough it is especially nice for rainy days). I love this place, and I highly recommend stopping in there for a crepe :)

Nick makes the best gluten free crepes hands down I went for my first time yesterday and got a coffee that was amazing and ordered myself a crepe that was filled with chocolate and espresso. I didn’t see the gluten free option on the menu so if that is what your looking for just ask!! If your debating definitely check this place out you won’t be disappointed🥰

OMG. This place was opened by teenaged entrepreneurs who built the bar from salvaged wood parts, a must-see. They've gone strong even during lockdown because their drinks, food, service, and ambience are fantastic. They deserve major kudos. See for yourself!! Love it. Nothing else like this place.
