I was a hesitant new client walking in for the first time. I left feeling like I had been a long-time customer. This shop has a welcoming feel to it, even when busy. Customers and staff alike are laughing, smiling, happy. I had a color and cut with Kathy Moody-Coon who could not have been nicer. She truly listened to me and what I wanted done, and did exactly that. I will be back for sure!

Jana Dolezel works here so I give it a 5. She has been my hair stylist for damn near 20 years, I had my kid who is now a sophomore in college in a baby stroller while she cut my hair during one of my earliest visits. She has been in a few different places during that time—I keep going where she goes.

First time customer, the place is clean and attractive and the stylist did a great job. But it was cash only which I didn't expect, and when I only had enough for a small tip, she looked very disapproving and didn't smile or say thank you.
