O'Brien Pharmacy

O'Brien Pharmacy is a wonderful place to shop and maybe pick up a nice gift. The pharmacy staff is phenomenal and this second generation family owned business is the only pharmacy I have used for over 2 decades.
Highly recommend!

I go here for vaccines because you are only consenting to the vaccine. O'Brien Pharmacy is an independant pharmacy.

At chain pharmacies if you actually read the consent and patient privacy practices, you are forced to let them use your personal data without being told what those uses are.

Love the O'Brien Pharmacy...they have items that you can't find anywhere else, and they have the best cards! Besides, the staff are both friendly and helpful. With all the impersonal chain pharmacies around, it is such a pleasure to patronize an independent, family-owned pharmacy. I hope that they will be around for a long, long time!

I'm happy I switched from a chain store pharmacy to O'Brien's. They provide a level of comfort that comes without trying. Its almost like I'm stepping back into the 60's when I walk in there, and I love that. They have oldie but goodies mixed with more contemporary products lining the shelves. Almost every time I go in there I'm checking out a new product they brought in. Like candy, lotions, candles, sunglasses, jewelry etc. I've also bought several gifts and cards, which were all well received. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood. It's a timeless landmark in the Village of Ballston Spa.

The best pharmacy I have encountered. Sean and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. They have assisted me on multiple occasions to figure out my insurance issues. In a world where my insurance makes me feel like just a number that they couldn't care less about, O'Briens still sincerely cares about the well being of their customers.

Great place, wide variety of items, excellent affordability. You would think a mom & pop store like this would be expensive and limited but it is neither:
cards better than CVS, original jewelry and decorations, really unique and fun little gifts. The people are caring and friendly. This is the kind of place that makes a community.

Best ever. I have gone to O'Brien's for many years. There are thourough, detail oriented and people friendly. I love the small town Ma&Page businesses. Their customer service surpasses all big store and franchise pharmacies.

Very kind and competent owner and employees. A human always picks up the phone during business hours. We have difficult medications to order, but they always seem to get us our order in a timely manner. It feels good to support a locally family owned business.

This place is a gem - the staff and pharmacist get to know you by name, waits are not long, and it's right in our neighborhood. Prices on par with other local pharmacies, but service is so much better than what I've experienced at Hannafords (Milton) and nearby CVS.

You can't compare the personal service you get from a family owned and operated Pharmacy like O'brien's with a large chain. I would not trust anyone else with my prescriptions and personal questions. O'brien's is #1.

A friend referred me to O'Brien Pharmacy. I've spoke with the staff a few times as I've tried to get a COVID vaccination. They've been really helpful, clear, and caring.

Very good service by friendly staff. New prescriptions and refills are quickly prepared. Parking can be a challenge at times, but that is a fair trade for the benefits offered.

Love the service. Sean and all of the staff are very friendly. It's always nice when you go into a store and they call you by name and ask about the family. Couldn't be more pleased
