I was Recommended to go here and they were so great and understanding. Best price I could get for my repairs and understood that I just wanted the bare min. done because I couldn't spend a lot and kept me updated. I would highly recommend Derham!

They are the Masters at aligning cars and trucks. They have been around for years and Brianne took care of me like I was family and that's what keeps me and my family coming back. Highly recommend

My husband and I highly recommend Derham Frame and Axle. We have used them several times for new tires and alignments and have always been very satisfied with their service. Our place of employment also uses them to service our vehicles. There has never been a problem and my husband, who is a mechanic, says they are the absolute best in the area. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went to Derham based on their reviews and they did not disappoint. I made an appointment for an alignment for my Altima and they were very diligent and fast with their service. Fair pricing also and honest. Brianne was very helpful. Would highly recommend especially after having bad service with alignments in the past.

If you have any kind of front end or suspension issues, this is the place to go. They are a no-nonsense shop that will be able to diagnose and fix all of those issues. Be ready to pay though, because they use superior parts installed by superior mechanics and they are not cheap!

Had an amazing experince here yesterday. I was told by another shop that I needed to replace my tire rods and they couldn’t do my alignment, this all was going to cost me 600$. After discussing the issue with multiple friends everyone told me to go to Derham, that they were the best. Well I’d have to agree they are! Turns out my tire rods didn’t have to be changed and they were able to do my alignment. Extremely trust worthy people and speedy service. I’d recommend them to anyone

My SRT Jeep was eating tires and steering hard and riding harshly. These guys mounted up four new tires and aligned the suspension and now it's a whole new vehicle! They really know what they are doing. The best!

I just read a negative review that Mr Shawn Williams had posted, it was very vague, not much information was provided to really get an honest opinion. There are always two sides to every story, would be very interested to hear Derham's side.
As per the Customer service lady, she has been working there for years, she might not know much about car engines, (sorry if she does) because they do not perform that type of work, but she does know a lot about suspensions, brakes, tires an alignments, the core of their business.
I have have been doing business at Derham Frame and Axle for almost 30 years, and I do have automotive experience, maybe not from Lincoln tech, and I never had a bad experience or have I felt like I was being taken advantage of in anyway, Derham's have always been very professional and respectful. To be in business for 65 years doing the same thing everyday, year after year, tells me that they must be going something right.

Derham Frame and Axle's reputation for quality work is indisputable, I am writing to respond to a critical review of Brianne, the customer service rep, She is courteous respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional every time I have ever spoken to her. .Having my brakes done today and once again....... everything is first rate.

I typically don't write reviews but since the last review was poor, and was primarily concerning the attitude of the front desk attendant I thought I would chime in with my experience.

My pickup truck had a bad axle seal and a very leaky rear pinion seal, not a difficult fix but a messy, time consuming and necessary fix. I was quoted $900 from my local garage so I called Breanne at Derham, having never worked with her or that garage before, to request a quote. In talking to Breanne I was met with nothing less than complete courtesy and, better yet, a complete understanding of my issue, my truck and what she was quoting me. I was quoted far less than my local garage so I thought it was worth a shot but I went into it with a fair amount of skepticism. I dropped the truck off at my appointment time and again was greeted with professionalism. I went to work and waited for the dreaded, "We fixed this but it took longer than expected and will cost a lot more" call and instead what I got was, "your truck is ready". Still expecting the worst I went in and the bill was exactly what was quoted, to the penny. That may very well be a first for me. Between Breanne's professionalism and the quality repair done on time and for the quoted price, Derham gained a new customer, even though they're 60 miles from my house it's more than worth it for the piece of mind.

I've been a long time customer (30 yrs) of Derham Frame and Axle and would highly recommend there services. There knowledgable on all makes and models of cars. From scheduling to drop off and pick up, they deliver. The business is built on good values and understands what customer satisfaction is and how that translates to repeat business. This is the only shop that my family trusts with there car repairs.
