I purchased a beautiful macramé cat bed/perch from Etsy that didn’t stay on the wall with the hardware provided from the seller. I messaged the seller but I am impatient so I went to Home Depot (That is after another hardware store told me that it was impossible to hang, without first hanging plywood to attach it to) Ariel M from the hardware department took that as a challenge and told me to give him a couple of minutes to try and figure it out. A couple of minutes later he came back to me with a solution and helped me find everything that I needed. His idea worked great! He is the definition of great customer service.

The door we ordered was installed on a timely basis. The work was neat and professional and the installers had everything they needed.

Great selection, the store is very clean and organized. I asked several staff members questions to see just how they'd react and they were all helpful. Even those who were already busy were polite and pointed me in the right direction. The gardening section was clean and still had trees so chose from for the last minute shoppers, the Christmas isle also had plenty of decorations available.

Exceptional Service and Integrity at Home Depot! (Shoutout to Gary!)

I recently had an incredibly positive experience at my local Home Depot store, and I cannot praise their exceptional service and integrity enough. Allow me to share my story of how they went above and beyond, with a special shoutout to Gary, who played a crucial role in assisting me in retrieving a valuable item I mistakenly left behind.

Yesterday, I visited the store to purchase some supplies. From the moment I walked in, the staff, including Gary, greeted me warmly and were readily available to answer any questions I had. Their helpfulness and knowledge made my shopping experience a breeze.

Unfortunately, in the process of loading everything into my car, I inadvertently left my tablet in the shopping cart. It was only when I was already on the highway that I realized my mistake. Panic set in as I desperately needed my tablet for work and personal use.

Without hesitation, I quickly turned around and rushed back to the store. Upon my arrival, I immediately began searching the parking lot in hopes of finding my lost tablet. Although I couldn't locate it outside, I decided to approach the customer service desk for assistance.

To my relief, the staff at the customer service desk, led by Gary, was not only empathetic but also genuinely happy to assist me. They listened attentively to my situation and assured me that they would do everything they could to help. I was impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.

After a few moments, Gary returned with my tablet in hand. I was overjoyed! He explained that he had discovered my tablet and promptly brought it to the lost and found. His attentiveness and quick action were truly commendable.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Gary and the entire Home Depot staff for their exceptional level of service and integrity. Their prompt action and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. It's heartwarming to know that there are individuals like Gary, going out of their way to ensure a positive experience.

Home Depot has undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty. I’ve had excellent experiences here 90% of the time. The workers on the floor seem to have a lot of practical experience. Though it may be intimating to ask for help, the workers are willing to hear your concerns or even give you ideas for home improvements.

Good place for all construction needs

With the work we are doing on the house, it's great to have this facility so close.

Although I had a bad experience and the store manager Ruth was not helpful. She had me waiting 1 1/2 hours to assist with my return, she also showed no compassion and kept telling all the other workers to help me instead of doing her job since she was the one who initially asked if I needed assistance. Felicia who came back from lunch and was surprised to see me there, still waiting, showed concern and compassion and went over and beyond to assist me by even calling me on my cell after I left the store to confirm that the return went through, she is EXCELLENT and should be recognized for her efforts! Thankful for her!!

Always has a sale!! Very friendly staff!! Highly recommended!!

My 2nd home from home. Every builders paradise

I needed some cut wood for a project. I had gotten there and there was a woman being a little rude towards the employee who cuts the wood for this hone depot branch. The gentleman who's name is escaping me, was an actual gem. He was helping me so nicely. Until the original female customer came back saying crazy things to me. While this fine employee went out of his way to help her. Even after she was rude to him and threatened his job. This man deserves a raise. Not to lose his job. Also. My project came out great!

Plenty of stock on items that they advertise that were on sale and helped load into my vehicle.
Was finally able to locate an item needed for my heating system that vents out the side of the house, but when it rains hard or snows it gets into the vent. I needed a slight downward angle for it to still be legal and not allow any water or snow to enter. Lowes did not carry the items.

Big store and good pricing

Everyone was so nice and very patient with me as I was placing a big order and asking alot of questions when it was almost closing time! Always found someone in every department to help. Everyone at customer service was great! And my delivery came on time very early in the morning too! Corrected any issues I had. Excellent customer service! Everything was smooth. Great job!

Just bought our new dinning room set. Loved the customer service. Heading back soon for bedroom furniture and possibly living room. I don’t know how this review ended up on Home Depot site. I purchased my dinning room set from Raymour and Flanagan.
