Absolutely love working with Hoff jewelers! Michelle and Eric are super nice and knowledgeable. I’ve brought some older jewelry that had great stones in them and now we’re creating new pieces out of them. They have made this process such an enjoyable experience. Michelle is great and I’ve appreciated her guidance on helping me make decisions. They also have such a great selection of beautiful jewelry in their store. Not pushy whatsoever, which is a big deal to me. Don’t hesitate to stop in and see what they have!

My husband and recently went to Hoff’s to have my engagement rings setting changed. We went two weeks before Christmas and despite it being one of their busiest times of the year, the staff were patient, friendly and took their time with us. We primarily worked with Michelle and her husband (sorry I forgot his name) but they were both very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They provided us with a 3D image before moving forward to make sure we were comfortable with the design. When I picked up my ring, it was beautiful beyond words! I later had an issues with the fit of my wedding band and Michelle offered suggestions and support to make sure the whole set fit perfectly! I would highly recommend Hoff’s. They go above and beyond for their customer’s.

I worked closely with Michelle and Eric to design two special rings that ended up completely exceeding my expectations. The experience was personal and positive from start to finish. I cannot imagine having gone to anyone else for these pieces. I look forward to working with Hoff Jewelers again—cannot recommend them enough!

I was interested in creating a custom pendant and heard Hoff Jewelers was the place to go. They created a magnificent baseball bat incorporating a small, but important diamond. The ease in creating this piece cannot be overstated. I was provided with a 3D rendering via text. Small tweaks were made with extremely helpful suggestions from the owner. I am thrilled with this piece and Hoff Jewelers now has a customer for life.

I have been doing business with Hoff Jewelers for a few years now and they are my go-to-first-stop whenever I need gifts or repairs. Michelle and staff are alway helpful to us guys that need "some direction" in choosing just the right gift. They always seem to have just the right merchandise and gift ideas that make us guys look good. And, frankly I have never been disappointed with my purchases. Highly recommend!

I have received a couple pieces of jewelry in the last year from Hoff Jewelers and have absolutely loved them. I also went there for a couple jewelry repairs on other pieces. Not only were they so quick with the repair but they did not rob me! So incredibly happy I found a jeweler that I trust and puts out beautiful great quality jewelery!

They do wonderful work. Not only do they do excellent repairs, they were able to take a sentimental ring that was damaged and turn it into a beautiful ring. Highly recommend Hoffs. All our jewelry purchases have been then in the last 15 years.

Stopped by yesterday because my partners necklace broke. Thinking it's definitely going to be over $100 to replace I was gearing up fir price shock! Both women treated me like I was spending thousands even though I only spent $60. The stone would not slide onto the beautiful necklace I wanted and they took it in the back and made it work, after that they gift-wrapped it for me. Just amazing customer service!

Great, local business to work with. They did a fantastic job answering all our questions & helping to guide us through the process of getting an engagement ring. They even shipped it out to me since we live out of town.
