She is the absolute best.

Funerals are not a fun place but Shannon and her staff did an amazing job making the transition for my family and myself easier. She made my son look so peaceful and beautiful in so many ways that words cannot describe the feeling. At a time when the loss of our loved one was and is a difficult thing to accept Shannon and her staff were with me all the way. They went above and beyond to make us all happy. Very professional. The entire process was explained and It went so smoothly. They showed such patience and care. My mom was beautiful! I highly recommend.

They respect your loss and your loved ones.

My brother's funeral was in December 2023. We paid for the funeral to be live streamed on Facebook and it was. However, the settings were not done properly to save it and we don't have access to viewing the services anymore. I'm upset about it as we can never view it again.

Shabby and unprofessional. The place needs to be updated. They didn't provide flags for the cars for the procession. The staff asked grieving family to help bring the flowers out. Hair and makeup on the deceased didn't look right. The coffin should have been wheeled out and everyone should have stayed seated until the family left. Instead everyone was trying to get out of the door at the same time. The seating was messed up. There should have been a few rows of reserved seats for the family.
