His Agency insured our Animal Shelter. Renewal time was coming and I hadn’t received the renewal and contacted his office by phone & email as to why?? No calls back, no returns to email….(I was also in the insurance industry.) I went to another insurer for our shelter since it was getting close to the date & I knew something was wrong. It turned out the company was NOT renewing us because of questions that weren’t answered in regards to the shelter. I know because the U/W’s told us and the company thought we just didn’t comply. Complete negligence. Our premiums were always paid in full for previous years, NO claims.
