Great selection of good quality items. Clothing has become more inclusive with styles and sizes, grocery area offers a wide variety of interesting things not found in other stores- all at reasonable prices. Restrooms are always very clean and well supplied.

We spend a ton of time at this target (I have two teenage girls). After being begged to go to the Starbucks in this target, I was greeted by Rich who was working the register. He asked if I was in the target circle program and I responded no as I do not remember ever signing up for it. He then asked if I have ever ordered anything online, showed me I was actually signed up and had $4 in reward money I could use (never added my in store purchases because I had no idea). All these years and not one person pointed this out to me (maybe its my fault for not realizing). All I want to say is your lucky to have Rich! What an awesome employee who goes the extra mile with your customers.

My experience this afternoon at Target was MUCH better than my previous ones.

There were more employees available, more lanes open, and the employees were actually very pleasant and cared about their customer they were serving! Kudos to you today!! Great experience today!!

This location always has what I am looking for and rarely are there long lines at checkout.
The starbucks is great too, friendly staff and the drinks never disappoint!

Always easy to get in and out of this Target store I have never had a problem. Online pickup Is fast and courteous. Always pleasant employees that I have dealt with. The store and ladies restroom always clean any time I have been there. I do enjoy shopping here.

Went in hoping to get a vacuum that was the last one available and Katherine at the service desk helped me and went above and beyond customer service expectations for me..she was an angel and I am grateful for her kindness🤗🖤

Shopping with the Target app to pick up orders is ALWAYS a great experience. I choose the items I need, a few clicks later and my order has been placed. My orders are always completed and accurate. They are usually ready early as well. I click on my way, and chose drive up, or in store pick up and go. When I do drive up, my order is delivered to my car in no time at all. Fastest, most accurate drive up pick up I've experienced anywhere.

We had a bunch of groceries and we had gone through checkout but my card wasn’t working with the machine. One of the managers there, Hank, came over to help right away and had to rescan everything with a handheld scanner. He was so kind and patient with the situation and made us feel better about the situation. Amazing customer service.

I was helped with a baby registry by Kaitlyn in the return section. She was so helpful an patient because your app is a little difficult. She was awesome. She never gave up helping me. She went with me and found the item in the baby monitor section which was misplaced. She deserves a raise 😘. Such a wonderfully person. She is wonderfully st customer service. I couldn't thank her enough. She works at the East Greenbush NY store.

This service is fast and easy. I look forward to my orders at Target! I love that it’s usually always less than four hours, prior to Covid it was two hours or less! I always get what I need and it’s contactless! They always load the trunk!

Who doesn’t love a good target trip! This target is very clean and the staff are always nice and helpful. Only downside is that I have had to go to latham for several standard items that are consistently out of stock. Could just be the current times though.

The store is clean and organized and I can find most of my items here. If I need help team members are easily found to offer assistance. Self checkout lanes offer a speedy checkout and there is always a cashier to help you when needed.

Fast, friendly, accurate service. The staff are pleasant, and wearing their PPE. It's always a pleasure to shop at this Target; if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for all of your hard work to make this the best Target in the capital district!

Thank you to the seasonal team for helping to find my mum and I a specific Halloween decoration. I searched several Targets and the East Greenbush Target was the only one who offered to help locate this item. Thank you again.

I'm a senior and I found the store very organized and antibacterial products clumped together for easy access. I wanted toilet paper and easily found a 12 pack at the normal price; no price gouging. I also found antibacterial soap to bathe with; no Dial soap but they did have Safeguard which I believe is antibacterial as well.

I had fantastic customer service by a woman named Cheryl recently. She made sure my items were refunded correctly despite my having lost my target RED card in the interim (so money couldn't be refunded back to the credit card, meaning I would have had to forego the 5% member savings on purchases made with the refund by receiving a gift card instead), even though I no longer had my receipt. She really jumped through some hoops to make sure I was well taken care of!

The store is well organized, neat, and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. My check out experience was quick and easy.
