Ruby Tuesday

I enjoy coming here for a nice meal and healthy salad. Love the garden bar. Never disappoints!
I just want to add how grateful I am that I live close by to this restaurant. Lots of them are shutting down or people have to travel far to get to one. The food is always fresh and cooked good. I end up leaving with lots of leftovers. The appetizers are delicious. I get a buy one meal get one free in my email every week! I love this place. The croutons are amazing. They upgraded the salad bar to more fruits and side dishes.
The fruit teas are delicious and free refills.
Ruby Tuesday is a great restaurant!

Seated quickly but took some time for waitress to take our order after our drinks were served. Place was clean and food was good. Menu had many offerings.

Fries weren't crispy
Service was great, Angie was a super great waitress who showed concern for our order being taken, took care of it right away.
I think they need a door that can automatically opens for people with disabilities

AMAZING all across the board. A local favorite for good reason. Right on the water you can expect nothing than a breathtaking view of Lake Ontario. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Even if it seems like a long line have no worries 👍🏻 my friend as it moves quickly (fish and chips)😋🙂 Nice selection of seafood, sauces, & sides. They give you a pager then you are free to select a picnic table (at least 60+ tables)right on the water or across the street under giant shade trees 🌳. But you have got to check out the stone beach ⛱ and skip a rock or 2 it's tradition. Fun visit w/wo kids something for everyone. The waitress Linda attended us, was very attentive. Her attitude created a good environment and enjoyable experience. It has not been the first time we've been taken care of by her and is always a pleasure.

Tonight we sat at thee bar and watched the kitchen get their buts kicked! They did an amazing job! Kiara was our Bartender/server and she was also amazing. This honestly was our beat meal so far. Thanks for a grsat experience. We will be back.

Everyone was great. Server was very responsive and respectful. Manager came over to check on us and make sure we had a great experience. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend

Love the salad bar, dine in. For takeout I got the ribs and onions rings. The ribs are finger licking good and the onion ring are crispy (not overly greasy). Tuesday drink special…

Went here to get food after going everywhere from Red Creek to Fairhaven and being unsuccessful. Food was excellent. Service was amazing. Can’t be more thankful for the waitress that we had after a long train night. She deserves a raise. She was awesome.

Stan the manager there and our waitress Linda both were very helpful , attentive, neat and clean appearance and made dining in every time a pleasant experience. We always go back because if them.

Took my mom here for her birthday two days ago, the staff was lovely and the food and drinks are great! Even the appetizers. I high-key recommend the hickory bourbon chicken if you do go.

Love the shrimp pasta and the salad bar and great customer service and Stan is a very friendly manager, every time I come I always see him walking the restaurant talking to customers making sure there food is good and they don’t need anything.

TK was an amazing server he was polite attentive we were a large party from out of time he made us feel welcome we never had ask for anything he provided 5 star service We miss Ruby Tuesday in our area 😢

Seems like options are somewhat limited for lunch places in Oswego. Service was great for how busy they were today. Our food was what we expected.

The service we received was OUTSTANDING! It was a breath of fresh air. Our waitress Merissa was extremely kind, attentive, fun, and very helpful. Though it was a very busy night for them she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our first visit. We were delivered extremely tasty recommendations, our plates were promptly cleared throughout, and our glasses were never empty!

My only complaints are the host was lousy and the ladies room could use a good clean.

All in all definitely worth stopping in and we will be back!

Jonathan/TK was an amazing server, he was completely aware of the menu and super helpful when we only half remembered what we wanted from our now closed menus. He let us know his recommendations on drink choices and each of my party of 3 were beyond happy with the drinks we tried! We could tell it was busy when we came in but all along the way, our server made sure to let us know that there would be a delay and they were apologetic. TK made it a wonderful visit all around, 10/10 made us feel as happy and comfortable as possible! This is probably my 3rd experience with him at this restaurant and he always excels! Thanks so much!!
