First time we went here to sell some gold and the staff was very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. We have now been back many times to purchase their jewelry and resize rings. They do great work here and work with you to get what you want. Their estate items are excellent. They are truly the best and care about their customers as they now have personally gotten to know us. I had my ring repaired at Mayfair Jewelers. They did a wonderful job.

I brought a broken string of pearls into Mayfair in Glenville. I thought that the clasp was beyond repair, and had ordered a new one as part of the repair. However, Mayfair took a look at the old clasp, and fixed it free of charge instead. They also did a beautiful job re-stringing the pearls, and a week early too! The cost was very reasonable. I am very impressed with Mayfair's workmanship and their honesty. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a skilled hand to repair their jewelry.

My fiance and I came into Mayfair Jeweler the week before our wedding because the band for my engagement ring (from another store, we live out of state) warped when I was removing it. The other store had mostly straightened it out, but Mayfair fixed it completely for us and even cleaned it so it shined beautifully. The people in the store were wonderful!!! It was very generous of them to fix and clean my ring when I didn't even get it from them! Thank you, Mayfair!

I brought my fifteen year old's watch to Mayfair after he accidentally dropped it. A small piece of trim had come loose on the face, so I had taken the back of the watch off and was able to remove it from beneath the crystal, however, I couldn't get the back to go back on. The store manager, Mr.Tony Franjieh, stopped what he was working on in the back to greet us (my 13 yo daughter and I) at the counter. I explained that the watch was a gift from my mother-in-law, to my son for his 13th birthday and had special, sentimental value. He kindly explained that he needed to use a pressure vice (special jeweler's tool I told my son was most likely needed, if it could be fixed at all). In literally a few seconds, Mr. F removed the pin in the band and used the vice to replace the backing. He was pleasant, caring and professional. He said, "All set." I thanked him and asked how much I owed him, and he said, "Nothing. Have a nice afternoon," and to "come back in when we needed to add a link" (as he grows).

I cannot say enough good things about Mayfair. I worked directly with Jon to have a custom engagement ring made with very specific diamond preferences and he made it happen in a VERY short time frame and for a VERY good price. He was also as professional as can be and easy to work with. I will certainly be back. Oh and the ring is GORGEOUS!

My girlfriend who lives in the adjoining Glenville area suggested we check out Mayfair when getting appraisals on some diamonds/gold jewelry I had looked on trading in towards a gold bracelet I was looking into getting. I also was getting a larger clasp put on my bracelet she had bought me for Christmas.

While there, I was impressed with the Customer Service on a rather busy day (right after the holidays). I was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Mayfair is amazing. They fixed my ring to the correct size as the other store could not. We got our wedding bands there. They know the pain I went through with other store and they made me feel so much better.

Ethan was great, he fixed my father's watch band, took about 10 minutes, and didn't charge me anything.
