Jake's is is where I trust my high end downhill bike. They are knowledgeable and personable. We have bought two bikes from them and I cannot say enough about the service they provide!

Update: just picked up a new bike and my other downhill bike from them. Amazing service and got exactly what I needed and wanted. They always meet the deadlines. We needed this downhill bike and they got it done on time!

Shout out to Brett @ Jake's Bike Shop for being friendly, approachable, and providing excellent road-side support during the 2022 Manchester Bike Tour when I got a flat barely 7 miles into a 30 mile ride. He patched, then replaced the inner tube when the rear tire on my road bike still continued to leak air. No questions, no judgement, took pride in his work. Will definitely head to the shop for any future servicing/repair needs. Thanks again Brett for making my first ride in NH enjoyable!

I absolutely love this place customer service is amazing. I got an electric scooter there absolutely love it. I accidentally ran over something sharp and had to change out my tire. Then I found out I do have the option to go with a more solid tire, So I’m doing an upgrade to my scooter so that I won’t get a flat again. Can’t wait to try my new wheels out in a couple days.

Amazing bike shop, best in New England in my opinion. Every other bike shop has been rude and didn’t know what they where doing. At Jake’s they know exactly how to do it all and are very nice and down to earth people. They have lots of top of the line parts. I recently had my bike repaired and bought a new shadow half link chain, was repaired perfect with no problems and was short a dollar on the chain and he told me not to worry about it. Great place, cool guys

I had a great experience yesterday. So I’m as green as it comes to cycling and contacted a few buddies for advice on my first mountain bike. It was a little helpful but nothing compared to the knowledge I gained at Jakes. I was given comparisons based on my “mission” and I wasn’t just sold. At one point I wanted to buy a child seat and was advised against it due to my daughters age and me being a novice. Happy new owner of a Haro and new loyal customer.

I chose Jake's to build a brand new bike purchased online and am very happy with the decision. Brought the bike on a Saturday and was able to pick it up on Thursday. They also let me into the shop to pick out a helmet. The techs are friendly and no BS or uppity vibe that can be found in other bike shops. My new bike is in prime condition and I'm overall very pleased with the experience at Jake's. Check it out.

Brett was a great support today (8-27-2016) with my old Trek and providing guidance on replacing the tube. Come to find out my tire had a cut in it and needed replacement so he called to discuss options. They also did an excellent job with the Spring tune up earlier this year. Brett and Alex provided superior customer service and I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I had already called to price out a tube replacement and they were tied for best price. I also wanted a new saddle/seat and he showed me their new ones but had a used gel one as an option that I took him up on as it was much more comfortable. Fast service as well. Thank you guys!!

I bought all three of my girls bikes, their first, at Jake’s. Awesome owner with affordable high end bikes. I tried Amazon 1st, but sent them back because of the low quality. Jake’s also offers a 3 year trade in option, which is HUGE! Highly recommend!!

Great sales and service! Very knowledgable staff. I was hoping to get a new SE bike before I left on a trip and they met me down there on a day the shop was closed and set me up. Very impressed. I would highly recommend them!

The people here are great. The were very helpful and they seem to charge reasonable prices for bikes they have. Stop in if your looking for a bike or bicycle repair. They will take care of you.

Good place to go for pars or repairs. Every time I go there lately I am being tempted to buy oe of those fat bikes. Rather buy my next bike from Jakes rather then to buy at Wally World ChiCom specials. You might want to read the reviews on those bikes from buyers at Walmart. Buy locally and from Jakes.

Great old school Bike Shop they fix and repair everything bike related. The shop has been there forever and they total up dated the store. They have tons of parts and bikes Manchester is lucking to have this gem on the west side of Manch-Vegas!!!

The owner took very good care of me in always I got my 7 year old a new bike the fuji rookie price was deff fair plus training wheels on and adjusted on site and brake was adjusted on site he just over all the best bike man to deal with great personality small family trust worthy and I would give him a double thumbs up he took my old bike in parts reassemble it new brakes new tubes both tires and adjusted everything bike ride as smooth as it can for an older gary fisher but he loves that me and my son were getting into ridding bikes together so he took great care of me he cares about you as a person and a future oncoming customer
