My poor 10 1/2 Golden Retriever was unable to walk, which also happened to her last year. She’s overweight so we couldn’t get her to our Vet. I called her regular vet and her Dr. said that was awful and no medicine will help her. Then she said her age, and her cancer that’s is rare and I should put her down!! However she said this last year also and my dog starting walking after 3 weeks. So her vet gave me places to call to do that. Well just because she can’t walk doesn’t mean she should be put down! I’m home everyday and night so I slept on the couch with her beside me in case she needed me.I just bought a cheap 5x7 carpet for her to grip if needed. Laid down a bunch of chucks and when she would pee or poop, she would give me three barks to let me know and I clean her immediately. How do you put a dog down? That’s happy wagging her tail eating normally playing with toys, etc. just because you can’t walk no way was I given up on my baby! I found ARC out of Chester NH. The vet that came was Dr. Stephanie and she was a true angel, honestly! She reviewed all her med rec and when I made appt I knew both dogs needed their physicals soon and shots so I booked for that since they were going to need them. Let me tell you Dr Stephanie and the technician (sorry can’t remember her name) we’re incredible!! They were here for 3 hours in that visit because they had two dogs to do and they ended up getting complete physicals as well as my baby girl needed a lot of biopsies To look at that cancer again And it came back as another different cancer That is extremely rare. At this point, my baby girl. Started turning around on her own and then one day got up and walked! But when she was unable to walk, I would flip her a couple times a day as well as massage her and move her arms and leg legs as exercise to stretch her limbs. I recommend Dr. Stephanie at arc she goes above and beyond for your pets, And the office staff is amazing. Their prices were excellent. It cost me less money for two dogs, complete physicals biopsies, and medication’s then it did going to her regular vet on one appointment just for her. If you love your pets as much as we love ours ,. Then you would give them a try. My pets were so comfortable and didn’t have any fear whatsoever. Because they are extremely gentle and thorough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Ark is absolutely amazing! Their staff is so great and patient with my dog who has had terrible experiences with vets in the past and now gets anxiety at the vet. I highly highly recommend them. Ghost wants to thank his vet personally for being so kind.

I did my research when we got our new puppy and everything drew me to ARK. They have been absolutely incredible since day one. Always get in there quick, even came to my house in the mobile vet one morning when I couldn't get out of work long enough to trek to the office. I have a Frenchie and they have a lot of issues and they have been very informative and helpful while not trying to push me into doing anything I don't need to do. So happy we have such an amazing vet so close!

I always have a great experience with ARK. I've been taking pets here for years and they are compassionate, friendly, caring people. The mobile unit has been so convenient for home visits, and the in-office visits are always quick and easy to schedule.

Ark Animal Homecare cares about your animals as if they were their own. The 4 mobile units that come to your home relieves the stress of going to see a vet. Our fur kids dont even mind taking a ride out to their office because they know they will be cared for and receive lots of loves. Great customer service!

ARK was very responsive to my needs. My old boy was in lots of pain and they helped. They came to my home and made a very difficult situation just a bit easier.

I recently put my best friend down with the help of Ark… he was calm and peaceful on his favorite spot on the couch with me and husband hugging his face. I miss him more then I’ve missed anything or anyone in my life and that won’t go away, but I have no regrets about how we experienced our last moments.
As he got older it made sense to have a mobile vet come to our home, and I knew that eventually I would need to make this decision and no way was I bringing him to a cold sterile vet practice for his last moments to be filled with stress and anxiety. The doctors and staff are amazing, sometimes you call and a person answers. Sometimes you leave a message and get a call back pretty quickly. But of course it’s also a good idea to choose an emergency hospital just in case you need someone for off hours. They were realistic and reasonable in the way they provided service to me with an elderly dog. Not salesman, upping every service or pulling on your heartstrings to add more unnecessary services..
On the worst day, they came in and took up such little space in the room- they allowed us time, we never felt rushed, and they were compassionate.
I highly recommend you choose Ark.

Between my senior boxer and my new cane corso puppy, these guys have been there for me every step of the way! My old lady is living comfortably on hospice now. They go above and beyond to make sure my puppy is having positive experiences! Even when she breaks her tooth! I can't gush enough!

ARK has taken care of my 2 loved 7 year old littermate cats since they were kittens. They are excellent at explaining all their findings after a visit and any treatment options.

They have a beautiful new office with at least occasional Sunday hours. I greatly appreciate the mobile service option of their coming to my home that I’ve utilized.

I find their fees very reasonable.

I have had only good experiences with Ark Animal Care. Dr. Erika is fantastic. She is gentle, caring, and consious of cost whenever possible. I have them come to the house for my cats who HATE everything about going to the vet. One of them even resorted to hiding behind my husband's neck like a shawl when we were there last. When Ark comes to the house, other than being confined to the same room for a short time, they handle the visit very well. (And, I think they forgive me faster this way.) Thank you Ark!

Doctor Sarah is absolutely amazing she has been by our side this entire weekend while we have been trying to figure out what’s wrong with our Border Collie. Ark in general is absolutely amazing with the quality of care for all our animals! We love how they will come to our home instead of loading up 4 dogs for exams! Took my puppy here for an emergency visit. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made me and Frank feel like they knew us and were punctual, caring, honest and compassionate. Definitely recommend!!

I was very happy with the level of service as well as the cost. Beyond that Dr Troy and his assistant (I feel like a jerk not remembering her name) were wonderful, kind, and informative. They took great care of my lil fur baby. All this and a beautiful exam room that came right to my home. I highly recommend this Veterinary service.

Just had our first visit from ARK. We only wish we had made the change long ago. They were outstanding with my extremely anxious Pitbull. She’s a wonderful dog who loves anyone except the vet. Long story short, Ark was able to do more with her in a single visit than she usually can get done over years. Amazing Doctor and Tech. Thank you Ark.

Love Ark they truly care about their patients, will never not use them. If you are looking for a caring and compassionate vet they are it. A bit more money to minimal to even matter. They are the best.

I can't say enough good things about ARK Animal Homecare. I'm preparing for a huge move to Alaska and had to get my 2 cats up to date on rabies and health certificates. Not only did they communicate from the very start but they arrived with smiles and a helpful disposition. They handled my kitties with precision and care and took care of them quickly. I have had the Ark veterinarian and her helpers visit on two different occasions. On both occasions, they have been very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful.
