Furniture Forever

My family has bought multiple pieces of furniture from Bill and Furniture Forever. They sell beautiful furniture at very competitive prices. They have been terrific when answering any questions we've had or handling any issues. Customer for life!

Furniture Forever is a great place to shop. Dealing with the business owner, Bill, with his extensive experience and detailed knowledge of the product and the furniture industry was such a refreshing change from the bored salespeople at the other stores I looked at. The prices were good, the quality of the furniture was excellent, and in particular the delivery and installation was timely and professional. Thanks to Furniture Forever, knowledgeable salespeople and great customer service have not disappeared entirely.

We moved to Portsmouth NH a few months ago. So we are not familiar with the furniture stores. One week ago my husband broke his hip and we needed to rearrange our home for his comfort. I called a few stores for a simple bed frame and none of the stores I called could help. When I called Furniture Forever, they agreed over the Phone to deliver and set up the bed. The owner made a special trip after work to do this. When my husband came home he needed a comfortable recliner. One store said they only deliver on Mondays. With Christmas next Monday and New Years the following week that meant three weeks.
I went into Furniture Forever. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They arranged for the chair to be delivered within a few hours. John and the owner Bill delivered the chair, made room for it and set it up. It was in working condition in our home within 3 hours of walking in the store. The chair is perfect. High quality leather, soft, works great, and priced right. I highly recommend Furniture Forever. Thanks to everyone at the store.

They are not at all pushy, and let you browse at your leisure, but are there to assist you.

I purchased my living room sofa, chair, and ottoman nearly a year ago, and a smile comes across my face every time I sit down.

Love this store! We bought eight (8) swivel base/height and back adjustable office chairs from Furniture Forever and we absolutely love them. We use the chairs all day, every day in our retail store which is open long hours and is typically very busy. The chairs are comfortable and after nearly three years have held up incredibly well--in fact they still look new. Their customer service was super--the owner really took the time to show us what the choices were and to answer all our questions. Thank you Furniture Forever!

great store with a nice selection . seems like they have a good eye for quality... interesting style products kept me looking. wound up buying sofa and power recliner, Bill even worked with us on picking paint for the media room... looks sharp!

I have not been to Forever Furniture since before they expanded and moved to another building in the same plaza. When I did purchase bedroom and living room furniture from them last year, they had a nice selection of furniture at good prices with friendly service.

Hands down one of the worst businesses I've dealt with. This started off with a friendly staff for chairs. Salesmen said they are on back-order and they need to be on a shipment with other products. This was March of 2019 they were purchased. Two months went by, I made my first phone call to them asking where are these chairs its been a reasonable amount of time. My answer was we don't know he's not here but we will find out. After eight plus phone calls and voicemails my wife finally gets someone to state at the end of July they have been sitting there for two weeks. Today 7/29/19 she has picked them up and they weren't even built. Stay away at all costs if you want my advice. I'd give them a half a star but that's not possible here.
