Special thanks to Nick at the North Conway store for helping me with an automotive issue this morning, he went the extra mile and made my day easier with his excellent customer service!

I had some screws that I bought eight months ago that was the wrong size. I returned them, for a full refund. Also bought a new dishwasher.

We just recently purchased 4 appliances for our kitchen at the home depot in N. Conway. The employee that helped us was very helpful and made the experience easy. He wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision on what we wanted.

As a business owner of a contracting company, I spend a lot of time and money here. The facility is always clean, and the people are helpful. I sometimes get annoyed at how many times I'm asked if I need help in a single visit, but they are just doing their job.

This year's garden season was fraught with monsoon- like rains and overcast skies. I have had to return many small shrubs and trees since starting my gardens in 2020. I spend around $3500 per summer and have never returned anything until this year.
I had a wonderful lady named Deirdre at North Conway in charge of helping me with 13 Thuja trees which was complicated due to several receipts and difficulties with scompters plagued with various codes and processes giving dtore credit.
Deirdre worked with my return for over 45 minutes with calls to an MOD determined to get me the store credit for all of my trees. Not only did she do that; she went a step further and looked my purchases online to get the receipts I did not possess for the rest of the thujas that died.
I came in practically hopeless that this return would count for everydead tree I had this year as some receipts had returned items used previously for other types of plants. I was embarrassed that I had returns this year at all! Deirdre was so incredibly helpful and really brought customer service to a whole new level. I am always going to stick with Home Depot for all my garden needs!

Last week I stopped by to rent a carpet cleaner for my home office. The ladies at the front desk were so amazingly kind and helpful. They even walked me through how to use the machine. Thank you so much for the extra consideration and care in this transaction!

Very nice people and helpful

I am consistently impressed with the quality of service I receive when I shop at a Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's, people are available to answer questions or help with purchases. Lumber is kept well stocked and is not warped or defective. Plants are often on clearance as seasons change. Happy with my recent purchase of blueberry bushes on sale as well as excellent service in the Rochester, NH store.

Had everything I needed, friendly staff ,clean restrooms ,and I was out of there in no time

I was blown away by the service I received at Home Depot in North Conway last night 10/17/21. The store has come a long way.

They had a lot of stock to choose from and John cut it all down to the sizes I needed. Then loaded my car for me.

Sharon the customer service representative I spoke with tonight was absolutely amazing! She deserves a raise! She fixed a massive error from the Littleton store for me all without me having to speak with their store manager. She handled everything then called me back to let me know my freezer would be coming from their delivery driver tomorrow and apologized several times when she shouldn’t have even needed to but it was very much appreciated! I couldn’t be happier with their service! Thank you so much Sharon I hope you see this!

Home depot is a staple in our household. They carry many items we need, and most of the time at lower prices than their nearby competition. Their staff is friendly and helpful and returning items we didn't need is a breeze.
They also have a handicapped man greeting people as they enter the store. This is great to see and I support any business that cares for people.

Bought a shrub I wanted and found at the garden center, very nice experience

Nice day at H D. Quiet day, hot day. Customer service. Go girls get her done! And they do. Found all I needed, and cashier was pleasant. And a gentlemen got my heavy stuff in my car. No stress day at the Home Depot. :)

Employee service is great here! I had to get custom paint for a friend and the man at the counter was extremely patient with me and everybody else. I figured it would have taken half hour but it didnt take more than 10 monites and i was the fifth person in line for the paint counter. All in all i love volunteering to go here because i know it wont put me in a bad mood.

When on holiday in Conway my wife and I asked at your store for a garden post to hold our street sign. Two very helpful women employees (Martha and Sue) came to our rescue, finding this item on the store computer and then, when it proved difficult to purchase with our US $ VISA card and Canadian address, solving the problem right away by means of a Home Depot gift card purchase. The item was not in the store at that time but it did come from your warehouse just in time for us to pick it up on our way home. Thank you for a very pleasant and successful search and capture of what we wanted. Your employees are great.

Great customer service. Christine in appliances was sooooo helpful and great to work with. Only glitch is when appliances were delivered by some 3rd party delivery company, they were super rude and put 4 dents in our new refrigerator. Home Depot got right on it and they're exchanging for a completely new one. Again, thank you Christine, Joe and the rest of the crew!!!

The Home Depot is North Conway is above and beyond any other. I am greeted at the door and there is always an available associate to assist in my needs whether it is for a large order or a very small need. They are polite, efficient and knowledgable. We are so fortunate to have such a great company in our town. The store is organized, extremely tidy and efficient.
