SERVPRO of Point Pleasant

We're very happy with SERVPRO of Point Pleasant and the water damage cleanup they did for our home. Roland and Austin headed up the SERVPRO team who showed up at our house within an hour of calling them. They were very careful and efficient in moving delicate electronics equipment and setting up the fans, dehumidifier and commercial air scrubber required to dry out the damp wallboard and studs. They left our house in spotless condition. It is rare to see this level of professionalism and we highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Serv Pro. I called on a Saturday for a biohazard cleanup, and Pat came out same day to do an assessment and get everything scheduled. Roland and Austin came out a few days later, were prompt, courteous, respectful of the situation, and extremely professional and thorough. They kept me informed every step of the way, and got the job done right. I hope I never have to, but should I need this type of service again, I know exactly who to call. Thank you guys for everything, from start to finish.

Roland and his crew were quick, efficient and very kind during the aftermath of 6 days of basement flooding we were dealing with. While I hope to never need their services again I highly recommend them if you do!

The Servpro crew came to my home and were professional.
They cleaned up the basement and removed all the water damage sheetrock and carpets. Then the crew set up the equipment to dry out the basement. It was amazing how efficient they are.
