Amazing food the Sesame shrimp are the best crispy and flavored it the best one. I don't know why people are so mean they work hard to make the food only 4 people work there no one else they work hard from day to night they work. To be fair they only have the mother and father working in the morning all the way to night just for there kids I think we should give some respect to them. I personally think that there food is good so please if anyone have some bad reviews to wirte here I think you should keep it to YOURSELF.

Love their food, the owners are friendly,las well as thier daughter who runs the front of house when busy. They know I do not want mushrooms and make sure I don't.
Every once in a while I'll get and extra item N/C. Just wish they could open the dine in, but understandable why not. We eat there several times a month. So many others around Newport and Claremont, but I choose Plaza Dragon.

The food here is great first time here and I already love it. This is my 4th time going to chinese place and this one I must say is the best. I must say when I saw these bad reviews I was devastate why can't people keep bad thing in and keep them in the heads when we were in school or social we learn to keep bad thing in and good things out. Me and my kids will come here again.

My wife and I been going here for years, they have the best Chinese food by far, in the area. I don’t understand some of these negative reviews, people are just rotten and mean these days. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay any attention to the negative google trolls and enjoy some great take-out.

Me and my wife have been avoiding eating out with 1 exception, Simon Pearce, and now 1 new exception being Plaza Dragon. Their food is amazing and I'm surprised it is priced so reasonable. My wife said the young girl who checked her out was very nice and welcoming. The owner should be proud of their establishment and employees. Many places from Newport to Lebanon have fallen, serving under cooked bland food. Plaza dragon is not one of those places. I highly recommend their Scallops with garlic and their sesame chicken! Their Crab Rangoon is also phenomenal!

Great food, great people and I kept my promise!

First timers here. Went on Christmas Eve. REALLY IMPRESSED! They told us 30 minute wait, it took about 20 minutes. Everything was fresh, there were big chunks of broccoli cooked properly. The beef and broccoli wasn't all mushy. The chicken finger breading was TO DIE FOR. Nice and thick, but soft, not hard and crunchy. Overall, very good. 10/10 would eat here again.

I've come here a lot and it's always good. The place Looks sketchy and run down but the food is delicious! I ask for general Tso's tofu which isn't on the menu but to make it vegetarian (it normally is chicken) and it was perfect. The tofu was cooked well and the spring rolls were tasty. They have plenty of other vegetarian options to choose from too. I would also recommend the Buddhist delight.

I have never been disappointed. As long as they have been open I’ve always had the correct order and the prices are very reasonable 😘

Online order was ready on time and was fresh. Very good fried rice and chicken wings!

I ordered pick up general tso and chicken Lomein on Christmas Eve. Very tasty food. And the young lady who checked me out was very pleasant.

Newport is one of the luckiest towns to have two great chinese places. Plaza Dragon has amazing pork fried rice. I also really enjoy their crab rangoon. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and good. The food is consistently fresh. I always have a hard time deciding where to order. I recommend this place with 2 thumbs up.

Only 4 for atmosphere due to them not being open for dine in. They are great and we always get PLENTY of food.

We went to the Saturday dinner buffet, it was smaller than most, but the food was better than most other buffets that we've been to. The staff was very nice and put up with four messy kids. Every thing we tried, we loved

I've been eating at Plaza far too many times; the friendly service, and good food (for the area) make this the place to go for Newport chinese food.
I recommend the beef with broccoli, pork egg rolls, and pork fried rice.

Avoided this place for over a year since moving to Newport and that's unfortunate because it's absolutely the best Chinese food in town.

Dinner was hot, fresh, cooked just right and delicious. We had hot and sour soup, poo poo and beef lo mein. Give them a call!
