Danette is absolute magic! Not only did she make our wedding cake to perfection but she also made fresh Whoopie Pies, Tiramisu, mini cheesecake bites, and chocolate covered strawberries that were out of this world. We trusted Danette from start to finish and would use her again in a heartbeat.

We loved working with Danette - from the moment we met her at the cake tasting to seeing her dropping off the cake and cupcakes on our big day! She has a real passion for her work and always left smiles on our faces. She suggested using the pressed flowers on our cutting cake which I absolutely loved! It turned out so beautiful and really matched the look of our garden party themed day. And everything was absolutely delish! For the cake we did devils food chocolate and for the cupcakes half devils food and half almond. We got tons of compliments on the cupcakes! Can’t wait to visit Danette’s shop again the next time we’re in town to relive our wedding cake experience!

Danette is everything! Her cake made my boyfriend’s 30th birthday so special. The peanut butter buttercream frosting was out of this world. Will absolutely come back again. Plus her spirit and charm made my day.

I can’t say enough great things about Danette! My family and I went on a trip to storyland for my son’s birthday and wanted to find a bakery close by when we arrived. I contacted her a few weeks in advance. She was very prompt with getting back to me even though I knew how busy she was with wedding season. The cake was exactly what I had envisioned and the price was extremely reasonable. It was easy pickup and the entire family loved it. I worked with Danette for my wedding cake. Danette not only makes the most delicious and beautiful cakes I’ve ever had, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a wedding cake vendor, look no further. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was going to do an amazing job. She is so sweet, calming, and passionate about what she does. Our cake testing was SO much fun and the cakes were all so delicious (even my husband who doesn’t like cake was devouring Danette’s cake samples). Danette personally reached out to my wedding vendors and coordinated the cake delivery and flower decor with my florist. I got so many compliments on how delicious the cake was, people are still talking about it weeks later! My husband I got our wedding cake from Danette and can’t say enough good things about her and her cakes!! We did a tasting about 5 months before our wedding which was so fun and she was so friendly and easy to work with! I loved getting to mix and match the fillings and the cake and get creative with our flavor choices. Everyone loved both flavors of cake, but my husbands chocolate cake with blackberry filling was the true star!

Danette made our wedding cake as well as cupcakes for us and I have nothing but good things to say! Everything was so delicious, there was none left at the end of the night! What a joy it was to work with Danette on my son's wedding cake! We had to change our plans and location for the wedding within 2 months of the big day. I had no idea how I was going to make the wedding cake work and then I contacted Delectables by Danette. She helped us through decisions, worked with our vision, and made a stunning wedding cake. I handed this woman a bucket full of flowers and berry stems and she made art. Added to the beauty, the cake was delicious. We highly recommend the Italian meringue icing if you are not normally a fan of icing. It was a big hit! Danette made an incredible wedding cake for us! The cake not only tasted incredible, but looked amazing too! She also made a bunch of mini whoopee pies for the welcome event. I don’t think there was even one left over.

What a beautifully done cake. Danette went so far above and beyond to make sure this young Ladies 21st Birthday cake was exactly how she wanted it. From driving to find the ribbon bows and making a combination of cream cheese butter cream frosting and Black Forest cherries and just the whole thing, wow! I've had the pleasure of enjoying 2 cakes made by Danette. One was for my sons birthday- and a huge hit! The other was a surprise for my birthday, and this cake quite literally made me cry! The detail put into this Harry Potter cake was mind blowing, and it tasted incredible too! I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in the Valley!

We purchased our Daughter's Wedding Cake from Delectables by Dannette. To say the experience was wonderful would be an understatement.
We found her wonderful little bakery through a recommendation, but chose Dannette to create our cake for several reasons. To some the most important reason would be that her cakes are absolutely beautiful. For others, the fact that Dannette"s cakes are amazingly delicious would seal the deal.
We, however chose "Delectables by Dannette" because of Dannette. To say that she was one of the most delightful people we have ever met would be an understatement. Dannette created the most beautiful wedding cake and made the experience so much fun! And... HER COOKIES...JUST WOW! XOXO

Danette was fantastic to work with!!! She was accommodating and flexible when we had to postpone a year because of Covid. I changed my mind at least 3 times and she was always pleasant and had great ideas to help me figure out exactly what I wanted! Her cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious! I don't think there was a single slice left because people were going back for seconds!

Oh my god…words can not describe how amazing our wedding cake was. We ordered a cascading flower design that was absolutely stunning. Not only did it look amazing but, it tasted amazing. Danette did a fantastic job.
