The extra 1%. Customers requests can be annoying. So, when I explained to the girl at the counter that I was getting a smoothie (Chocolate Bliss...so good!) for my daughter, who I was picking up from school in an hour and wondered if it would be gross by then, she gathered up 4 big cups of ice for me to pack together with the smoothie to keep it cold. I’ve been coming to the Juicery at Pease for a few years and the food is always delicious! But this was really exceptional service, which is unfortunately lacking in many businesses today. Had she not given me ice, I wouldn’t have been disappointed - she’s the one who thought of it! Oh, and my 10 year old was super excited by the smoothie!
