Budget Car Rental

I read over all the reviews and was afraid that it could be a problem with a car, for example, I might not get the car I booked. So I did it at the salon and everything went well!

I am not too sure what all the bad reviews are about. My experience was seamless. Ordered my car online, did my pre-check online, showed up at 8am Monday morning to pick up my car, the agent was friendly, not pushy and I was in my rent a car 5 mins after I walked into the place. All in all a great experience. I am renting from them again.

Being open on the weekend is very convenient. Booking, pickup, and dropoff is quick and easy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Always get a good, reliable car.

Exactly what you expect from a top car rental company. Car was clean and staff let us connect to wifi to book Uber after dropping car off.

They were very friendly, great customer service, no hidden fees, very clean rental, and easy access to the location, Bus stop right there to take you to Journal Square to jump on any bus or train to go almost anywhere.

I had no problems here. My company reserved me a car here. I arrived, signed document and got car. Fifteen minutes for all stuff. When returning the car back took 5 minutes to check it's state. The only point I didn't like is location. I do not know this area and maybe my feelings are wrong, but I felt a little bit unsafety there.

Car was great (brand new Toyota Corolla). Ready when we got there, didn’t have to wait in line. We called ahead to ask if it would be ok if we were an hour later than our scheduled reservation, no problem. Staff was very friendly.

I was all together very satisfied with the rental experience by Budget (location NG8). First and most amazing thing was that I actually got exactly the car that was displayed on-line and not something "similar". The car was in very good condition and perfectly clean inside. As always a close check and registration of any external dings or scratches must be done together with a member of the staff. The car served us immaculate for two weeks and a total mileage of 2000 comfortable miles. The drop off procedure was smooth and there were no fuzz about anything. Would definitely rent from Budget NG8 again.

I had seen some not great reviews but had no problems at all here. Made my reservation online, went in, they were following guidelines and picked up my rental smoothly. Helpful and friendly staff. Would go back again.

I’ve rented SUVs twice in the last month from this location of Budget and everything has gone very well. Quick pick up, easy drop off, prices as stated, the vehicles were clean and no issues worth mentioning. This will be my go-to location for rental cars.

Good price, good car. An agency did not try to find some non exsisting "damages" as some other companies do.

We were given a car that was bigger than we requested which was great as we were able to carry some other friends with us. We returned the car to Philadelphia and there was no re-positioning fee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

when I use the web everything is easy and the reservation is clear in terms of prices and the choices for the rental or what I will need for the rental car and when I go to the office which is in North Bergen NJ the employees are friendly and do everything a lot easier than you imagine the buget team do an excellent job

Friendly and good respectful staff. Employees are wear face mask and gloves. Sometime, pplz make the excuses bcuz they have no any issues. I like this renting place and kept good relationship with the customer.

I was honestly a bit nervous because of the reviews I saw but to e honest my experience was pleasant I was able to pick up my car an hour before my reservation time my car was up to date and very clean and there was no long wait at pick up or drop off no hidden charges or anything not sure why so many people are bashing but do not be afraid to give them a try :)

Easy to order and pick up iwas quick. We was out less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended
