Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. It was one of the best experiences that I've ever had getting a rental vehicle. When I emailed them with questions, they responded very quickly. I would absolutely choose them again if I need a rental car. If you are looking for a rental and good customer service with any question that you might have, they are the one. Harshal & Nikhil will do their best to make sure you have the best experience.

My car rental experience was exceptional! Raj did a great job in accommodating my last minute rental with them, I had booked elsewhere but it didn't work out so it was really convenient when they issued me a rental right away! I was in and out and the rental was pretty affordable for 3 days. I was really worried due to the reviews but the car interior was super clean, the car I rented out was in great driving condition, the exterior was a bit dirty but it wasn't that big of a deal for me. Would definitely rent with them again!

I recently rented a car from the Avis at Newport Mall, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the rental process quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip.

Finally Avis has decided to change staff/management at this location. New folks are quite understanding and helpful. I hope they keep up the good work. Had a good experience with my last rental after ages.

Update : Its been 6 months or so with the new folks, remarkable service, very flexible, helpful and understanding staff, exceptional cool cars and not to forget the sanitization in these times 💯

Update #2 : I have been consistently renting from this location and no matter how good review I write, is not gonna suffice how good the new management has been both with customer service and cleanliness and management of the location. 50 stars if I can give those.

I am a regular customer at this specific location of Avis and I can't stress enough how helpful each of the staff has been. I have been renting a car from them every single weekend since last 6 months - and can vouch on their exceptional service. I have never written a review like this for any service but my super positive experience renting 20+ times from them has pushed me to do so.

1) Their check-in and check-out process is EXTREMELY smooth. You'll be in and out in 5 mins.
2) They have an amazing fleet of cars - they have luxury cars (Chrysler), beautiful convertibles (Mustang), sports cars (Dodge Challenger), normal and economic sedans/SUVs. You can select the one you want depending on your budget and need!
3) All their cars are exceptionally clean, well maintained and sanitized. The cars are either a few weeks on the road or at the most 2-3 years. Out of my 20+ times renting from these guys, my car with highest odometer reading has been just 11k miles!!
4) Most amazing and helpful staff and service I have ever experienced - not just in rental car industry, but anywhere! I mean it.

It's their staff - Fida, Junaid, Harshal, Waseem - that make this HUGE difference in experience. They are just amazingly polite and have helped me going out of their way on EVERY occasion. I would really like to make sure my review of the staff indeed gets passed to them.

Hats off to this brilliant team that has made every experience pleasant for me and my wife. I would highly recommend renting from these guys - they really will not let you down.

And of course, I will be seeing them next weekend too :) and many more weekends!

I got a great car, the Genesis GV80. The car was in impeccable condition. The employees work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

This Avis is by far the best rental car company in the area. I’ve had many good experience with them in the past year. The cars are all in good condition and newer models. The prices are great compared to others, especially if you get the membership. And there is no surprising charges. The pick up/return processes are always smooth.

The staff at the Avis location are great and always helpful! Efficient and quality service always. I hope they add an after-hours key drop off box - that would make the experience even better.

I had written a negative review about Avis but it had been based off a long ago experience. In recent years, since the management changed, the business has done a 180. I now regularly rent from Avis/Budget. Staff is friendly and they are very quick getting you in and out.

The rental experience was great. The rep explained to me all the key information related to the car and rental agreement.

I am writing this review after a memorable experience we had. While the car was in the best shape and perfect, what I really liked was the car handover experience. I would really like to call out Mr Nikhil's customer satisfaction approach as he was calm and polite while there was a shortage of Cars for 15 mins in Labor day long weekend. He was listening and replying appropriately

Always a great rental experience. Reasonable price with availability on both days during weekend. I have mostly got the nice and new car models. The service at counter is fast and the staff is polite and courteous

I have had good and quick experience with them each time I have rent from them. Drop off is less than 5 mins, . I would recommend.

I rent from these guys nearly every week and have always had a great experience. They are efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Since this is a mall location, the logistics are a little tricky to pick up and drop off if you haven't rented from them before, but overall, they provide one of the best rental experiences that I've had in the area.
