A new young lady working there has been running this location great. I rent a car with her every weekend she has great customer service!!

Came in on a Thursday… young lady working there very nice and efficient.. very good customer service.

There were many problems with the car that was initially given to us but then the manager was kind enough to replace it on spot and provide us a better car
Just this kind gesture made our journey memorable

I have been renting cars every week, and Mohammad Ali has been very professional and helpful. I just wish the prices were a little lower.

Always have up to date models, very easy to deal with. Pick ups and drop offs are never a problem. I would recommend it to Everyone. Great place to rent a car 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yesterday, picked up a pre-paid one-way rental from this location after ending a cruise Ship docked less than a mile away, so much easier than going to airport. Luckily Uber driver knew to go around back; we were second renters to arrive in what appeared to be 5-8 all at once. Lobby had room for all of us, and our luggage, to stay out of the rain. Excellent location for this strategy.

One woman (Sheila) appeared to be alone; stopped cleaning cars to serve us. She was quick as she could be and although I was a bit early for my reservation she was able to get me in a ride. Car was clean, everything great.

Curiously, as we were inspecting the car, she knocked on the window of the car next to me to beg a co-worker to "can you please help me? at least until we aren't this busy?" guy stepped out like he'd been asleep, and sorta stood by the car she had been cleaning. After the 5ish minutes to load my luggage, adjust mirrors, etc and drive off, she had two more rentals and he was still standing there staring into space. She was awesome and is handicapped by her co-worker. This is probably why they dont answer the phone (shes busy and he's sleeping, so no ine hears it). Would have massively sucked if not for her. Shiela was awesome: friendly, fast, and really working her tail off to take care of business.

Absolutely the best customer service at a car rental I have received so far. Leon THANK YOU. I booked a reservation out of this location because it is $400 cheaper compared to renting straight out of Newark airport. When I got there and checked in to get my car Leon spotted that my reservation had no mileage included, meaning that the minute I drove out of that rental location I would be charged 28 cents every single mile, which adds up to ~$800 on the miles for my entire rental period. This was because I used my company's discount but it didn't cover mileage if I return the car in a different state. (returning car in a different state = no unlimited mileage OR no mileage quota included. what???) I had no idea, and paying an extra ~$800 was obviously ridiculous if I could figure out a way to rent a car for one day to drive to the destination state and rent another car from that destination state. I got on the phone with customer service and Leon helped along the way with the conversation. In the end, I was able to get full refund from the existing reservation, booked a one day car rental to drive to destination state, and booked another longer car rental so I would be returning the car in the same state and get unlimited mileage. AND this ended up being cheaper in total compared to my original reservation. This took over an hour and Leon was patient and made sure I got the best deal. THANK YOU LEON YOU ARE THE BEST.

Service is exceptional. The people are friendly. I would recommend this location to a friend.
