My experience was fantastic, largely thanks to Kelvin, who generously offered us a convertible upgrade on my birthday! It made the occasion truly memorable.

The best Sixt location I’ve been to so far. Kelvin and the team there have amazing customer service, they’re honest and always give the best price in the market. This is my go to location, they go above and beyond!

Excellent service and great staff. I recently rented a vehicle from Sixt at Newport Mall in Jersey City and I was greeted by Mr Kelvin. Mr Kelvin attended us with so much respect and care. He gave us free water and gave us a great deal. We had a great looking truck. Upon return we were blessed to see Mr Kelvin again same friendly smile and awesome attention. Also at the drop off we met Mr Loni who also gave us a great smile and service as well asked if everything was ok and told us they couldn’t wait to see again. Me & my wife were very happy with this rental car company (1st time) Daniel's hospitality and his team surpassed our expectations after a couple of other rentals in the vicinity didn't even bother to help in our last minute rental situation. the whole process was smooth and quick however the best was, again, the hospitality we got from the staff If we are in this area again we won't even think twice to go back there, keep doing it guys.

Really really great experience renting with Kelvin at Sixt. I told him that my only Sixt experience was JFK & I that nobody could out do them & he definitely topped their customer service all around. Also the lady under me, Stephanie, is lying. They did not accept her drivers license because it was broken in half. Nobody tried to charge her extra from what I saw. Figured I’d say something because I dislike when people lie in google reviews.

Had an amazing service at Sixt past weekend! Shout out to Kelvin who was super kind, helpful and even gave us complimentary car upgrade. We've got new BMW X1 which was crispy clean and comfortable to drive. Drop off is also easy, we left the car in the middle of the night at return spot, no need to wait for Sixt office to open, it's really convenient. Renting car here is super easy!
