Hamilton Super Buy-Rite

Buy-Rite, formerly known as Cedar Gardens Liquors, is a well-known and well reputable Route 33 liquor store that has been serving Hamilton residents for years.

The store features a very large and extensive inventory. Be it wines, hard liquors, beers (to a lesser degree), or gift sets for every taste or budget.

The service and the check-out process are swift; there are two lanes check-out registers if needed to speed up the process; therefore, there is never a wait.

The inside of the store is easy to navigate, and unlike some other liquor stores in the area, the aisles are quite large, and the interior is nicely decorated for holidays.

The price level is good, with the store constantly offering great deals.

There is plenty of parking right in front of the store's entrance.

Better selection since going from Cedar Gardens to Buy Rite. Prices are reasonable. Good selection of beers, wines, and spirits. Don't make a left out of here onto Route 33, very dangerous.

Parking is always simple and lots of space. One of the largest varieties and selections. They always have cutwater which is my go to. The staff is always kind too. They’re reasonable priced with some items being the best price I’ve ever seen. My go to liquor store hands down!

This liquor store has undergone a massive and positive transformation since becoming the Hamilton Super Buy-Rite. They made the available shopping space larger, organized it well, and the lighting is great. And the selection is out of this world, from craft beer to wine and any hard liquor you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are usually beer and wine tastings at the front of the store on your way in. This is my go-to liquor store. Oh and they deliver for free through an app. Thank you very much to everyone on The Hamilton Super Buy-Rite team! Also, they always seem to have a couple of Buffalo Trace bottles in stock if you ask for them. One per person per day.

Great store with a really amazing selection of beer and liquor. I’m not a wine person so I can’t speak to that. If you take an immediate right when you enter the store there are normally some interesting NJ beers available. There is a more extensive selection further into the store. They also have many great bourbons and an endcap of staff selections and some of their own custom casks.

Prices on some of the beers are getting quite high ($20-$25 for a four pack) but that’s more a function of the industry than anything else. I’d recommend checking what they ring up before you pay to ensure they have the right prices scanned. For some reason they frequently mess up the SKUs of craft beer or things aren’t in the system correctly (because some breweries reuse SKUs for multiple beers).

Once upon a time it was known as Cedar Liquors, even though some aspects of the store look different. Has a great selection and professional staff.

These guys have a great selection of beer. For me in particular, I enjoy a lot of European beers and it saves me the trouble of having to go into Trenton to seek out what I like. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any question and they are quite knowledgeable in all things liquor related

Best beer selection in the area HANDS DOWN for both seasonal and craft brews. Beer aside, I would also give their liquor variety and prices two thumbs up as well. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly... Dont go anywhere else!!

Cedar Gardens is gone, and good riddance! The Super Buy-Rite that has taken over its location has become my #1 go-to liquor store in an area with quite a few choices. The impressively sized store is now fully stocked, and you would be hard pressed to not either find exactly what you are looking for or a similar replacement. Both beer and wine selections are impressive, and prices are in line with the other large liquor stores in the area. Even more impressive is the knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff on hand who are willing and able to help you make a selection without being obtrusive. While I do not know if this is a fact, based on some conversations between staffers I have overheard it seems as though the management requires them to learn about the product (both general knowledge as well as specific product information) before working the floor. If so, good move. So if you're looking for a fancy bottle of something to impress your friends with at a dinner party, some rotgut to help you forget about a tough week or anything in between, Buy-Rite has got you covered.

They've done a great job of reviving this place. Clean, much better lighting and huge selection of all types of liquor. Live the tasting events and individual can buy options to sample new craft beers, etc.
