Great resource you can get almost anything here. I like that you can buy singles of things like specific pencils or brushes. Usually online you have to buy them in packs. Even if you just go in and look around you can often find something new that you want to try.

Fantastic selection of art supplies, excellent prices, and super helpful staff.

Loads and loads of pencils, paints, sketch pads, etc. Some yarn and fiber crafts, a selection of kids crafts, and an array of giftables.

Entire staff was masked.

My favorite spot for all of my art supplies. Wall of Montana spray paint with every spectrum of color you can imagine.

So I always used to go to Michael's for my art supplies, although Michael's is a great place, I prefer Blick, due to it having a larger variety and I believe has better quality products.

Great stuff on the store, found the cloth dye I was looking for, pre-made frames, and some other items. Liking the store more and more every time I go. Great prices and lots of inventory 👍👌

Great staff, easy to find everything one needs to paint, love the small gift items in the front of the store.

Vast array of art supplies and equipment. Friendly and solicitous, helpful staff. Good prices. Like the rest of Bergen County, it's closed on Sundays.

This is gotta be the one stop shop for most creative people or is anyone doing anything in the next hour they have pretty much everything you can look for. Most all of the staff knows where everything’s at and can easily help you. They have a wide variety of Montana break and when you make DIY project Cooper fine because they have such a huge pallet it’s better than going to any Home Depot for people that don’t know that they have a large scale color, palette of spray paint. I definitely come here for almost all of my creative needs. Everything is reasonably priced and service usually quite nice.

Get your creative hat on! The staff is pretty nice and helpful. Some items, sometimes may be slightly higher in price than other art stores but the quality is better here, example cardstock. It is a great place for beginners and artists. If you are just starting, you could get kits which will have all basic supplies to poke your interests and will be cheaper than getting individual items. Of course you can buy bulk when you are all settled (or for a fun group activity)

So lucky to have access to a Blick store. This place had a massive selection of paints and tools for your artistic creations. I came here looking for angelus paint for a leather project which none of the other nearby big name arts and crafts stores seems to carry. When I first walked in I was overwhelmed with the aisle to aisle of paints but the staff there was really helpful in helping me find it. Another bonus was the price was not marked up but the same as on their websites.

I've been coming to this location since they opened (about 10 years ago) and their product availability and knowledgeable service is why they are the main art materials retailer still around. They have the cheapest prices and if not they might be able to price match. They have so many products and usually offer the student and professional grade of each.

What an amazing store!

The craft stores I used to know and love are long since gone leaving me to shop on Amazon when I needed something.

Today, in a pinch, I desperately needed a local store for nylon fabric dye. Google lead me to this place. I was pretty surprised that the prices were lower than what’s on Amazon too.

Although I only needed dye, I browsed around through the every aisle to look at different craft paints, frames, paper, woodworking, easels, markers, and so much more.

The staff was very friendly as well. I’m sure I’ll be making a few more trips back.

What a lovely experience! Bright, knowledgeable, friendly, super-helpful team; excellent stock, even though the store itself is not very big; amazing finds that are so much better to see and try in person, on the spot, than buying online and hoping you won’t have to return it because it looks and works different IRL. And the prices are so much better when you can buy piecemeal! No more automated Amazon shopping for overpriced, overpackaged art supplies.

One of the best Blick Art Materials in the whole chain! I don't know what that grumpy dude from a few days ago was talking about... The associates are some of the nicest, most friendly, and knowledgeable folks in any retail store there is. If they don't know something, they'll find out. If they don't have something, they'll give you the options on how they can help get it for you. It's a big, bright, clean store that's so much fun to browse. Make sure to get a preferred customer card while you're there, too. You'll save a lot of money on really high quality supplies.

Deciding to learn German Shorthand (DEK) I found myself in need of a pencil where two strokes set next to each other could clearly be defined by the thickness of the mark alone from pressure applied during writing. (In DEK an "a" is indicated with downstroke of the following letter being thicker / more pronounced than the rest of the word). My research indicated that Faber Castell used to have a "Steno"-pencil 9008, derived from the 9000 it still produces. However, the 9000 comes in a range of hardnesses - Which one will due for me, - having no clue of drawing pencils?? Blick Art was the only place I found where you can try out the various pencils to then buy only exactly what you need versus having to buy a set of 4, 6 or 12 for $10 - $20.- and maybe still not have the right one/expensive pencils you will never use.

Great art supply store with everything needed for beginners to professional artists. It is run by artists who are available for questions and suggestions. Very friendly environment.

I can't brag enough about the staff from when I walked in to your store to when I checked out!!! Everyone was so oldie polite and extremely helpful especially Adam who took the time to help me get everything on my daughter's list for her college art class. Thank you Adam and the rest of the staff for all your help. You made my shopping experience at your store a great one. I'll be shopping here for all my and my daughters art supplies.
