Roy Rogers

Went with my husband and son, brought back memories from when our little family began 27 years ago and we would take mini trips to find this delicious chicken. Same taste and smell, friendly and clean. Spending the weekend with my son and husband made it more special, we don’t get to see our son that much because he’s in the military. Love this place!

We went to this place en route to MD from NJ. The chicken was hot, crispy and tasty. The french fries tasted great. The beans were a bit sweet for my taste. The service was quick. Definitely will go again.

Very nice and fancy hotpot restaurant. Their soups flavourful. As we are leaving, we saw lobsters 🦞, we didn't think we can order that. Beers are only $3/ bottle. Great choices and wide varieties of foods choices.

Yes 5 stars (it's not Morton's steak house but it does what it needs to). Roy Rogers are mostly closed in my area but this one is still open on the NJ Turnpike. Service is fast, food tastes good and the place is clean and well stocked.

Got there too late, ran out of chicken 😭. I've been driving all week past the rest area thinking about getting a few pieces and then the one time I go, they're all out lol. Had a double cheeseburger and fries, did not disappoint!

Roy's was a staple when I was a kid. I can't pass by when travelling the highway without getting something from the menu. I wish they still had local franchises around here. The fixings bar was/is the best thing for customizing you sandwiches from here.

I missed seeing Roy Rodgers near home. This is the best rest stop because RR is here. Very neat and clean. You can switch tomato for fries!!! I wish RR would reopen everywhere.

I love Roy Rogers. The recipe has not changed since I was a kid. The chicken is so crispy and flavorful and the biscuits are fluffy. You can't go wrong.

As a kid Roy's was my favorite fast food spot.. I was sad to see ours leave but thrilled to see they remained on the NJTurnpike.. We always plan our road trips around a trip to "Roy's"..

It's closed! Wah! They replaced it with a Shake Shack. Ok. But I liked Roy Rogers better!

I've always loved Roy Rogers since I was a child. Nice to see there are still some left.

Their fish sandwich is really good! I’m always glad to stop at Roy Rogers when I go from North Jersey to South Jersey, unlike Christopher Moltisanti.

Love Roy Rodgers and will never pass one on the highway. Went to the one in Franklin Nj when they had it and always excellent.

Still the same great make your own fixins, however nowadays they put the extra lettuce in a little cup and pickles and onions

Fast in and out and honestly one of my favorite fast food burgers in the state, NJ Turnpike rest stop, south bound after 8A

I call it my mood food. Have to be in the mood. I do like it but not part of my regular diet.

Super long line. I thought i would be there for 20, i got out in 5. They are fast and clean. Tastes pretty good too

On the NJ turnpike never buy the burgers because they sit under the heat lamp.. but the fried chicken is popping 🔥

The food was amazing! Roy Roger's needs to open up more restaurants and not just be at rest stops.
