Yesterday stopped in during a walk downtown to enjoy the beautiful weather. Staff was extremely friendly (as always) .Decided to try something new, so I had the Haulin Oats (Oatmeal Raisin Cookie). I must say as someone who loves Oatmeal Raisin Cookies…this was the absolute best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, I’ve also tried their cupcakes and cinnamon rolls also very tasty. Never disappoints!

Amazing!!!! Awesome local bakery with great little sugary treats. Creative, unique and exquisite cupcakes, cakes, cookies, macarons AND dog treats!!! Ambiance is funky, clean, modern and Delicious AF!!!
Staff was great and welcomed us with a smile. Prices are spot on and the treats do not disappoint. I got a box of 6 macarons for $15 and got 6 different flavors….. ALL of them were fabulous!

Such a cute dessert spot - the perfect way to end your evening! They had a wide variety of desserts, including cookies, pastries, and cupcakes. The cupcakes are super decadent, but they’re the bite-sized, so it’s not too overpowering. The decor is also very cool and fun!

Such a cool little bakery! The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet, enthusiastic and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They have the cutest most delicious macaroons and cupcakes ever (along with other desserts). The decor was so cool and so many famous people such as Snooki from Jersey Shore, Gordon Ramsey, and many more have and still go there for bakery items. I highly recommended this bakery!! Will most definitely be coming back here!

Thank you Kimmee and crew for making our wedding day sweeter than we could have imagined. The cake and other sweets were delicious and all of our guests loved them. You were professional and all ways communicated with a stressed-bride to make it a calm and enjoyable experience.

This bakery was very good and I will definitely be back. The pop tarts were delicious and awesome for young kids. They had different creamers, one of which was “peeps” which I thought was extremely interesting. Not pictured are their cookies. Normally I prefer big gooey cookies. These were thinner and not gooey but they were AWESOME!!! The cupcakes were good but a little on the dry side. Everything else was awesome it could have just been with my one batch. Would recommend and go back.

COAR made our wedding cake and it was DELICIOUS! We loved the combination of flavors - we decided to make one layer red velvet and cream cheese and the second layer chocolate with oreo icing. Our ENTIRE cake was eaten at the wedding on top of a whole table to cupcakes...no dessert was left behind. Kimmee also happens to be incredibly sweet and creative! We will definitely be eating sweets from COAR for years to come!

Kimmee and her team are rockstars and the desserts they create are incredibly delicious! And provide macaroons for those of us with celiac or gluten sensitivity to enjoy! They also have a vegan cupcake!

One of the best bakeries in the area! Amazing creations, all of which are absolutely delicious! Go out of your way to get in there and try anything! Also they have equally delirious gluten free options!!

My wife and I placed a large order for our wedding. Kimmee and her staff delivered the goods! It was great - people loved the chocolate chip cookies for a nice post celebratory treat! We try to stop by every time we are in AP and have enjoyed everything we tried. They even make little cupcakes suitable for pups too!

Love the punny dessert names! The red velvet was delicious, I loved the little cheesecake piece on top. The vegan Oreo cupcake got rave reviews too! Can’t wait to see this place once it’s fully refurbished. A must-visit in Asbury Park

Cute spot, clean and the staff are knowledgeable. We got 3 awesome cupcakes chocolate on chocolate, raspberry filled vanilla & reese's peanut butter cupcake!!!! Yum we also got strawberry cake in jar with a chocolate chip cookie. Cookie is delicious & homemade 🥰haven't tasted the strawberry cake in a jar yet, I'll have that later with my tea. Luv this place cant wait to bring my kids they will ravish thier home sweets. Worth the drive.

While we've always gone in and enjoyed all the delicious sweets they have to offer we finally had a chance to have a cake designed for us. I went in with a crazy idea in my head and Kimmee took the time to sit and ultimately bring to life the perfect cake for my Sister's 40th Birthday. It not only looked good but tasted even better! Will absolutely be back for any cake needs.

My experience at COAR and with owner Kimmee is very personal and specific because she is one of the most selfless humans I’ve met recently. This almost sounds like a bogus review but it is genuine and I am not exaggerating. In the few times I’ve visited, numerous customers stopped by and gave her big hugs; she always made time for everyone. You just feel the love when you’re in there. I am local and had not visited, but I needed a cake for my son since my last baker turned out to be a flop. I threw a bunch of pictures her way and she came up with a gorgeous and delicious cake. Absolutely phenomenal! My entire family was in love and, since we are all local, Kimmee has a few new regulars. I’ve definitely gained a few lbs from my visits to her storefront and can attest that it is all delicious - my husband raves about the mascarpone cookies with cannoli filling and the red velvet cupcakes are to die for! If there is one thing you should take away from this review is this: if you had to pick one local business to support, pick this one! Kimmee not only makes delicious desserts but truly cares about AP, its local scene, and her people (staff and customers). She deserves all the local (and tourist) support she gets! Thank you for everything!

This bakery is beyond AMAZING. We came for a cake tasting, and the owner Kimmee was so nice and assisted my friends in figuring out the best options for thier wedding. I really enjoyed looking at all of the creative names for the baked goods, and I walked out with a "Haulin' Oats" and a homemade poptart. The quote on the shirts are true, this bakery is genuinely Delicious AF! I'll be back later in the spring with my pup so he can try the little dog friendly cupcakes they make!
