To the evening crew closing up on Monday 3/18:
Super professional, courteous, polite, and attentive. I felt like a bum for walking in 20 min before closing, but wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service. I only come in once every couple of years, but it's been at least 14 or 15 that I've been a returning customer, so it's about time I left a review. Also, I've always had high quality service and help with previous visits. Thanks for being awesome!

Edwin was an extremely awesome person to deal with. He went above and beyond during our trip. His manager was a bit over bearing trying to push things on us. If it was not for Edwin we would have went elsewhere. We were very happy with our experience and our purchases.

I would like to said that’s Alexis gave me an extraordinary Customer Service and he did the best he could to helped with with my shop….
Actually I was leaving the store but he just gave me so many options to accomplished my need.

The five stars is for the staff at this store. Y’all are the best for real! I ordered shoes and wore them for a few days before I realized the sizing was too small. I was looking to exchange (exchange is the only option available for worn shoes FYI) for the next size up. I’m a size 11 women’s which is the size I ordered but, adidas doesn’t make anything larger than 11’s for the ultraboost and the men’s version was uncomfortable as a part of the shoe dug into my ankles. The manager Jeff and employee Kayla were so patient and nice to me. They allowed me to browse on my phone on the store site to find anything I’d like to order to make the exchange work. Sadly, I have to give the actual inventory at 3.5. Didn’t find much I liked in terms of footwear so I ended up getting athletic attire for my fiancé and myself. Got two Nike sweatpants and two t-shirts to equal the price of the shoes. Kayla was extremely patient and nice the whole time as she helped place the online order for me. I’ve worked retail before and I’ve witnessed some nasty workers catching attitudes with customers for unnecessary reasons. I’m glad to say that everyone in that store has good vibes. I didn’t catch these other two girl’s names who were there but they had such awesome attitudes as well. Even though the store inventory wasn’t to my liking, I had a great experience because of the way I was treated here. 10/10 everyone, this company is lucky to have an awesome team like y’all.

Great store the salesperson was excellent and answered all questions I had a was able to advise me on the best cross training shoe. Thank you again I will refer everybody to this location due to this great employee. She was excellent.

I love the shoes but I don't like it that there's no more coupons when you do the survey at the bottom of the receipt you used to get a coupon every time for $10 off it's like now you got to buy them with your rewards

The guy working there tonight was very helpful and attentive. He seemed new but regardless very well mannered and helpful
