DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Omygoodness, this shoe store is amazing!!!
I have a very small foot 🦶 size 5and it very hard shopping at shoe stores when the adult sizes start at size 6. I was thrilled my bestie took me to dsw in Vegas. I found boots, sandals and more at my sizes. Yeah!!!

DSW messed up something with my online order, and I was unable to return a pair of boots to the store. I was told to call a specific phone number to find out further details. I was fuming when DSW customer service wouldn't even help me. The manager I spoke with over the phone at customer service was absolutely useless! I was about to never shop with DSW ever again, thankfully the manager Tara in West Long Branch resolved my issue. I will definitely continue to be a customer all because of Tara! Thank you!!

This location was very nice. It's easy to see from the main road, there was lots of parking spaces available, and the store was nicely organized. We did not come at a very busy time, but staff appeared available, and at one point there were three different cashiers operating. The prices we're good, and we were offered loyalty sign up at the register. Overall, this is a good location.

The selection of shoes are great and the service is exceptional. I bought a pair of shoes and needed a bigger size. I called the Eatontown store and spoke to Emily who not only checked to see if they had my size in stock but also checked the clearance rack while I held on. This was very refreshing to deal with someone who went that extra step to please the customer. DSW is lucky to have such an outstanding sales associate as Emily. Thank you again for your help.

Clean , a wide variety of merchandise. If you can't find any shoes, look at their purses. A vast solection.

Lisa, a sales associate, took this fashion challenged man by the hand and helped me find the right pair of shoes. She was pleasant, professional, and efficient. She also suggested I go online to DSW to find more shoes in my size and enrolled me in their shopping rewards program and hooked me up with an additional discount! Way to go DSW! Thanks Lisa!

Ahhh I love this store! If you sign up for their email they send you a bunch of discounts usually, the shoes they have online, they have in the stores! They have shoes ranging from fitness, casual, boots and they even have socks!
