I don’t know how to express how I feel honestly, I can just say WOW!! We have had/have an amazing experience with all of the staff security, registration, nurses, doctors I can literally say the whole staff. They’re all very professional and explain everything in a way we can understand what’s going on and each process, very optimistic, nice, gentle, caring I mean all amazing!! I’m really really grateful for all of them. My daughter had to get emergency C-section at 24 weeks gestation it was a very scary process but they made it so understandable and explained each step. Thank you Cooperman Staff for your dedication, you all are “Our Heroes”!!!

If I could give them more stars I would. I have been dealing with them since last year. The entire staff, from the valet parking crew to the security officers, doctors and nurses are wonderful. I have the best medical team handling my health care. I have nothing negative to say about any of my experiences with this hospital. I thank all of you for the professionalism, and care I receive every medical visit.

My experience was so amazing. words can’t explain. Ciara & Evangeline in the Admitting Area was awesome. Ray (NP) & Ricardo my Anesthesiologist made me feel so safe. Jackie F. (RN) in the recovery is just an angel. Dr. Roeke my surgeon, I knew from the first day I met him, he was the one God wanted to do my procedure, just a God sent.
Thank you so much everyone. May God continue to bless and keep you all and your families.

Had my Total Abdominal Hysterectomy on 2/29
Everybody was super professional and had a good experience from the moment I arrived. Dr Scott Richards the best.

The coordinated efforts of the entire kidney transplant team, coupled with their commitment to patient-centered care, are truly remarkable. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to the doctors and staff at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center for their exceptional care during my kidney transplant journey Special mention to Dr Luan for being an outstanding advocate for my health. His expertise, kindness were invaluable to me. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of kidney transplant services.

I really can’t understand why this hospital only has 3.6 stars!! From the moment we arrived on Sunday 3/17, things have been amazing. Priscilla was amazing at triage check-in at the ER. Even the security at the door was helpful and kind joking with my fiancĂ©. The nurses in the ER were great unfortunately I don’t remember their names but both young ladies were very compassionate and supportive. (I will find out their names and edit so they get the credit due but having to leave my partner there sort of wiped out details.

When I arrived to visit yesterday his nurse was Sarah P. On the 4th floor. She is extremely supportive to her patients; kind, caring and attentive. My fiancé has already given accolades to her supervisor but I need everyone to know just what a great nurse she is. She explains things and attends to needs and concerns immediately. Again today, she is his nurse and same energy. I stayed in the room working while he had surgery, she even checked on me when they were taking him to the OR. As soon as he returned she was there to get him settled back
in the room. She explains things in laymen’s terms so the patient understands which is so beneficial when patients are not familiar with medical terminology. He hadn’t eaten since last night so he was very hungry. He ordered food and forgot a coffee so she had a coffee ordered to help with the caffeine headache.

The orderlies have all been incredible, everyone who has entered his room-from food service to housekeeping when I’m there is polite kind and friendly. All my partner has said is how happy he is to be there because everyone has made his experience more comfortable.

I’m sorry I don’t have all the names at this time but the doctors caring for him have also been the best! I am so grateful we went to St. Barnabas rather than any other local hospital. His care has been optimal, he’s still there and hoping to be discharged tomorrow once he’s home I will get the names of the doctors as well because I am so grateful for the care they have provided. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I kinda love this hospital that I stayed for 4-6 days . Despite my nerves and anxiety upon arriving for a 4-6 day stay due to diabetes, the nurses and doctors quickly made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed drawing and playing in the room but I forgot what the room is called, and the morning, lunchtime, and dinnertime food was incredible and tasty. A big thank you to the doctors and nurses who took such great care of me! :)

They have a very large ER department with 101 beds just for the ER!

The ER wait was minimal when I went there.

The staff was kind and attentive and clearly explained what was going on each step of the way.

Blood work was processed quickly, which allowed me to get answers quickly and to get home ASAP.

I just received treatment here last week. They are understaffed in emergency room . However, my experience in the surgery department was good and everyone was professional and nice to interact with.

The hospital is a scary place but cordial staff and nice spacious building makes it easy.

5 stars for the nurses on the eeg wing on 6 north! Beverly, Stephanie, Veronica, Mark, and Eloida were the best! They were amazing with always using the hand sanitizer before coming in and literally explained everything! They made sure to explain what meds I was given and symptoms I could expect and which ones were important to call them for. I also didn’t realize how often nurses checked on the patients, it’s like they checked on me once an hour! They never left the room without giving me my call bell and reminding me to use it if I needed anything which made me feel very taken care of. Speaking of, they all also made sure to take the time and establish a personal connection with me, which made me feel better during such a scary time; much more of a connection than any of the doctors that came into my room. I always thought doctors ran the hospital but it’s clearly the nurses (bet they don’t get paid like drs tho which is sad). However, Christine Hug who worked with my neurologist, was so caring and took the time to explain everything as well. Thank you 6 north nurses for making my stay during a scary time so much better! If Mr. Cooperman is reading this- give my nurses a raise!!! They deserve it!!

March 5th 2024- Zakeean, the greeter in Radiology went out of her way to accommodate my late arrival for an appointment. I was extremely grateful for her friendly welcoming help, and that of the other staff members in the Radiology Department. Thank you!

I had cat scan of the abdomen with contrast at the ambulatory care center (ACC) in Livingston on 01/24/24. I met Crystal (lead tech) for the first time when I picked up the oral contrast the day before the test. It was the end of her shift and yet Crystal had a smile and was exuding positive energy. I was really impressed with her welcoming attitude and was looking forward to see her again the next day. On the day of the test Linda Burns was my nurse. Linda introduced herself and was very caring and professional. She explained everything she's doing and what to expect. She answered all my questions too. She's also very, very thorough. I didn't know she's the director of the Imaging Center at ACC until I asked for her card. Lisa has very good bedside manners.
Carol was my technician. She was also very caring and treated me with respect. She also explained the procedure and what to expect.
Crystal was there also and greeted me with a smile. She assured me that I will get the best care.
The professionalism and the very caring attitudes of employees at ACC are the reasons why I have all my outpatient procedures/tests done at this facility.
