Five stars is not enough! I was looking for a new insurance agent (auto, home, umbrella) and after seeing their rave reviews, I decided to give Cindy Skaar's agency a try -- I'm sure glad I did! I worked with Sue who was everything you'd want in an agent. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and professional. She pointed out mistakes made by my previous company and made sure I understood every detail of the policy. As it turned out she saved me a considerable amount of money, but honestly, I would have used her even if that wasn't the case. She's that good! Since I signed up with Cindy's agency I've referred other friends and family members -- all were super impressed and thankful for my recommendation.

This is the Best group of Agents you will ever find. I have recommended, and sent several of my friends to switch to this office, and they are so very pleased. Sue answers you back within minutes, and everyone is so very accommodating as well.

I have dealt with Cindy and Russell who are wonderful but my go to girl is Sue. Sue has helped my husband and I with all our needs for many many years and supported us through claims. Everything was done quickly and painlessly, professionally and with a wonderful attitude. They are caring at this office.

And Sue has helped me most recently when I suddenly lost my sweet and funny husband and had to sell cars and sell my home. She was there with me every single step of the way. I've only been with State Farm for a little bit now, but definitely appreciate how helpful they have been. My agent Susan has been very knowledgeable and assistive when I was going through the process of buying my first place. Rates are very comparable (if not better) than similar insurance companies. I have been with Cindy Skaar for 20 years. Sue Hendricks has been my agent, and I would rank them as the absolute best agents that I could possibly ask for. Insurance is something that we always hope that we will never need, so most of us don't even know if we have "good" or "bad" insurance until its too late. I have 5 vehicles with them, homeowners, and an umbrella policy. In my 20 years with them, I have had a small amount of claims, but I can say with 100% assurance, that Sue and Cindy were there for me when I needed them. I get a response from them any time I have a question or concern about anything, literally within hours, if not immediately. Each claim or question has been handled with courtesy and professionalism. My parents were always covered by State Farm in New York and were pleased with the company and the local agent. When my wife and I moved to New Jersey, I was apprehensive about using an agent other than the one with whom I was familiar. I met with Cindy Skaar soon after I moved to Hillsborough and was put at ease that she patiently explained the policies regarding car and renter’s insurance. Several years later, she was extremely helpful in adding home owner’s and life insurance policies. Twenty plus years, three accidents, and a hurricane later and I am confident that Cindy was the right agent: She expeditiously shepherded through the claims and we were made whole to the tune of a new roof and cars that currently only suffer damage from children with filthy hands. Cindy and her office were helpful when I first graduated from college with little to insure to this day with a house, multiple cars, and children. Cindy will patiently explain what you need and be there to advocate on your behalf to blunt the impact of life’s series of unfortunate events.
