I have been renting here in Vernon for a few years now and the units are good and clean , Mark in the office is great as well. He is always friendly and helpful .

Oh what can I even say my experience was so benevolent. I met a man named Mark policht, he didn’t give me his name at first but he came to my aid on opening the gate and showing me my storage unit. He inthralled me with his story of his city life. And when time was ready I agreed. We drove to the office were I met his associates, Britany. There were so nice and easy to work with honestly I would buy another but pockets said no. And when all said in down I am now a Proud owner of a storage unit.

We have been renting a storage unit for over 3 years, originally from Five Star Store It, now a part of Storage Rentals of America. Mark Policht, the property manager is the best. We have down-sized twice, and he has been extremely helpful, patient, and courteous. Mark is a pleasure to deal with whenever we call or go into the office. He is a real gem and a keeper!

I was really in need of a storage unit and went to the vernon site. The gentleman working, Mark, was not only extremely helpful, he was polite too. Big smile on his face happy to help, very informative, definitely good vibes. He got me my unit I'm very happy with it and will definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends if they need it!!

Quick and easy rentals! From the time I sent an on line inquiry to the response was less then 10 minutes. Rates are reasonable units clean and secure friendly staff.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. (Fast too!) The site is clean and looked after well. We were moving in during a snow event and the entire place was kept up very nicely during all of that. There were other choices in the area but the staffs willingness to help us truly made the difference!

People are very nice, it would have been nice if the confirmation email indicated that you need to go to the office in Hamburg to setup the account. The storage location does not have an office.

Mark is the most helpful person. He answers all inquiries promptly.
