Always very professional and helpful staff at Fliegauf Jewelers. There is a generous variety of metals, stones, and products to choose from for whatever the occasion or price point. The estate case is my favorite though. There are so many interesting finds in it. I love that they have other unique gifts available too from clocks to ornaments to beautiful glass roses in all different colors. It’s a great place to keep in mind when you’re looking for something special for someone or for yourself. Plus, they do repairs, which is convenient to have so nearby.

My family has been going to Fliegauf’s for two generations for their jewelry purchases and repairs. When I started diamond shopping to propose to my fiancé Fliegauf’s was top of mind. Despite living in Texas, working with Greg and team was easy. They were always responsive and worked diligently to make a custom engagement ring my fiancé would love. A year later we came back for her wedding band, and again were impressed by the quality and value of both her band and engagement ring. I can’t recommend them enough.

I love this jewelry store so many beautiful items. The people are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I was recommended to this place a year ago because I needed my engagement ring sized and my cross for my necklace fixed. I worked in Washington at the time and at the place I worked at said how it’s family owned, it’s a great place, they did great work, and so I went. First experience in November of 2021 was amazing and paid 20$ to have my ring sized. They fixed my cross beautifully and very well priced since it was white gold. I knew the price of gold had sky rocketed, but I felt I was charged fairly for what they needed to do. I was super happy with it all and would rate them 5 stars. Fast forward to October of 2022 and I gained some weight and needed my ring sized again. I now needed it sized almost a whole size and was charged 70$ after tax. I asked what was the reason for the mark up and got silence. I then asked is it that if they charged 20$ per quarter sizing up or something. I finally received an answer of “it just depends on the type of ring and material”. I replied back that the ticket I had showed was for the same ring and it should be in their records. Again, no response. I paid for my ring and left. Mind you, both visits they took pictures of my ring and ticket. So my question is, why did not you go back and look? Where does that picture go? I also provided you the ticket from 2021 showing exactly how much I paid and details of what was done to the ring. I felt as if this second time around there was no want to explain for the price increase even after questioning about it. The girl didn’t even bother to ask who I’m assuming is the owner for assistance. I also withdrew sizing of 2 other rings because they were going to charge me $50+ per ring to size it half a size! Again, I’m all for supporting small businesses but I felt overcharged from the beginning and that’s why I withdrew on the other rings. I would feel better if the girl could have asked for help instead of just standing there clearly not knowing what to say (body language said it all). I wish this business success but I will not be returning. I will be hesitant on recommending this place due to my second experience because of how complete opposite my experience was from what I had almost a year ago.

Greg, the owner called right after this review (next business day), explained everything to me (why & what needed to be done to my ring) and he apologized for the misunderstanding. We also discussed about my other rings and working something out. I thanked Greg for contacting me and I am here to say that you should support this local family owned business!

An anchor within Washington Borough. I have been purchasing jewelery from Fliegaufs for over 20 years. They always are personable and always have what you are looking for. I love venturing the estate case for great deals! Their trade up program is a great way to upgrade your spouses diamond ring if you are ever so inclined.

Love this jewelry store. My family has been coming here for years. The staff are very warm and friendly to their customers (especially Kassi), and we always leave happy. Not only do they have beautiful new and custom jewelry, but they also have unique Estate jewelry which tells a story with each ring or necklace.

Flieguaf's is a long time landmark in our community with friendly and helpful staff. Had to get my ring cut off after an injury. They did it at no cost. Please try to support locally owned small town businesses like Fliegauf's Jewelers.

Went in to have my wife's rings sized and everyone was extremely helpful. They also pointed out a few things that we should have done to one of the rings to avoid the possibility of the diamond falling out. No pressure to do it but nice of them to show us and advise us of the issue. Thanks for your help can't wait to pick up the rings and start wearing them again.

I'm a very strong person on support your local business but I've been shopping here for my wife since back in highschool and family the workers are so out going helpful and willing to do anything you put your mind up to in order to make your significant other happy or family or friend in that matter there selection is always great also I love this little shop I haven't shopped in a Zales or Kay Jewelers in year's just because the amount of time and care that Fliegauf Jewelers puts in every time no matter the amount or reason of purchase oh and thank you again for my Wife's birthday gift life savers she kept both by the way. Haha

Sold 2 gold chains to them. Good price for something that has been in my underwear drawer for decades!! Going to buy a 50 year anniversary diamond ring from them next year!!
