Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacist Adobie and pharmacy tech Mary are phenomenal. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional they spent their valuable time tracking down affordable insulin after they found out that I was having trouble affording to fill my prescription. This time around they were able to find it for me and got my insurance to cover it completely. They worked tirelessly to help me and literally saved my life. They are truly the very best at what they do and are amazing individuals. Thank you so very much to Mary and Adobie.

Friendly, fast and efficient staff who seems to like what they do. I lived in NYC for 30 years and rarely got service half this good. Nice people :)

Over priced!!! Go to newton memorial hospital pharmacy I got my scripts filled for $22 when walmart was asking almost $100!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. They have let us down time and time again. On the day my wife was released from the hospital after an open hysterectomy, we went straight to this pharmacy to get her prescription filled. There was an issue filling the prescription and they were waiting from a call back from someone, But they were unable to explain who this person was. My wife was fresh off of surgery and sitting in one of those little motorized carts. They made us wait 40 minutes, and finally came out and told us they discovered that my wife's surgeon has an expired license (which is absolutely not true. More likely, they keyed in the numbers of the license improperly.)We took the prescription back and took it to ShopRite in Newton. They ran the prescription and said that there was no issue and filled it right away. In the last few days, I have attempted to have my Repatha prescription filled three times, with about 2-3 days in between each attempt. I presented a coupon when the prescription was first filled that reduces the charge from $25 to $5. Upon my first attempt, they told me the coupon system is down so I have to pay full price. I told them I would give it a few days and come back and try it again. I did this, and they told me the coupon system is still down. I went back tonight to make a third attempt because tomorrow is the day I need to take the medication. It's an every two weeks injection. Again, they told me the coupon system is down, and that they have no idea when it will be back up. They told me the system is down for every single pharmacy, which I subsequently found out was a lie. Since I need the medication tomorrow, I was forced to pay full price. Paying $25 instead of $5 absolutely will not send me to the poor house, but how ridiculous that they can't get their crap together in the span of several days. I even presented my original coupon card from the prescriber, and they advised me that they already have it on file. To make a long story longer, I will never, and I mean never have another prescription filled at this pharmacy. Saying they are incompetent is putting it nicely. It may not even be the fault of the people behind the counter, but I will certainly never be coming back for prescriptions.
