U-Haul Moving & Storage of Johnson City

Truly the best U-Haul experience I have had to date. I live full time in NYC and work in real estate-- needless to say, I use UHauls very frequently. AND THIS LOCATION and STAFF were the best. Mia was incredibly kind, personable, informative, and did not push hard on the add-ons. I called during the trailer rental and they graciously extended my rental as it was not rented for additional two days. I will certainly be back here! THANKS TEAM

Reasonable pricing, many spaces available and climate control units. All your packing needs from boxes to foam dish covers and much more. Various truck rental sizes and plan to meet whatever moving your doing.

If you wanted to store your things next to a grocery store just in case they get hungry, this is your go to place.

Love the covered parking & parking "garage" for loading & unloading for climate controlled units. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Overall the facility is clean & well maintained.

My belongings have been stored here since 2019 and I
find the owners and staff at this location are great! Very friendly,helpful and understanding. The prices are great. I've had some trying times and the staff was more then kind to wave a late fee a time or two. That's a rarity and I greatly appreciate the simple act of kindness and compassion from the staff at Uhaul.

General Manager Justin and his crew of professionals are friendly, helpful, and fantastic to work with. Personally we've had 4 different units there over the last 6 years as we moved a couple times til we finally settled on a home of our own and for other reasons. I especially like the indoor climate controlled units. Access is safe and secure, clean and dry. Makes it easy to sort through things on an inclimate or too hot day. From a business perspective, the place is well maintained. Their doing a lot of work there to constantly improve the place. In winter the plow guys do a pretty good job considering they have to work with the timing of a given storm. But they clear it pretty quickly AND they all do great at doing their best to keep the snow off the doors, that's not easy to do but they do it. Brrrrr. Any time I need storage, UHaul JC is my go-to.

Justin, Mia, and Kyle are a great team! Pickup from our storage unit could not have gone smoother. Mia was so helpful with our van rental and Kyle was kind enough to open the bay and bring the van inside for easy loading. Grateful to have such nice and helpful people at this U-haul location. They also have a terrific selection of packing supplies on-site. Prices are very reasonable. Moving can be stressful, but they really go out of their way to make storing/moving easy! Thank you

I used the U/haul behind Wegman for both storage space rental, to buy moving supplies, and for renting trucks over the course of a few months. Their service was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to break down the cost of my purchases and explain how to help me get the best rate. I would hire their employees for my own business if I could.

VERY helpful, flexible and accommodating to my circumstances. I had limited space for delivery of my containers and they rotated them one at a time each day for me. They were also great at communicating, professional and friendly.

This location is terrific! Justin and his staff have become my go-to U-Haul location in the Triple Cities area. Their service is fast, knowledgeable, and consistent. The trailers have been ready to go on short notice, and their paperwork has been prompt and accurate. Highly recommend!

U-Haul is especially good for moving AND storage at the same time. Beats running around town for these purposes. The storage prices are comparable to other storage companies but much more convenient.

Uhaul on Fields Rd. has the best staff of any uhaul in this area. Very helpful and accommodating! We have safe storage units there!
