Crystal Cove is an incredibly unique gift shop with a wide range of prices to fit any budget. Their jewelry & crystal selection is incredible. Their staff & owner are helpful & professional. I cannot recommend this store enough! The only drawback is that they are mainly open during the summer season of Lily Dale. Come visit them!

Let's start with an honest review:
The store is in the middle of Lilydale and, during peek season, sees thousands of people a day. There will always be bad apples that ruin it for everyone else, and shoplifting causes small businesses tons of money. While I'm not a jewelry person, there are many nice pieces to choose from and a wide selection of oracle cards, journals, cards, books, incense, etc. Jana and her staff were more than helpful this past weekend when my group (Insight Training from FOTS) was in there buying jewelry "gorge" 😀 and more. I absolutely think her selection is well put together and thought through. ✌

Absolutely amazing place overall. Beautiful stone and crystals that are genuine. Relaxing atmosphere and will be making more trips out there.

We have always enjoyed our visits to this shop. They have quality, unique items that are a delight. The ladies who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. We have even made the journey from the Buffalo area to this shop to find a special occasion gift for friends and family. They have kept this a fun place to visit over many years !!!

I o not buy either costume or precious jewelry anywhere anymore The Crystal Cove. Any time during Lily Dale’s “off season “ that I got an overwhelming urge to purchase something shiny or pretty, I go home & put $5 in a jar; usually, this allows me to leave Lily Dale on those last melancholy days of the season with a cat weighing much more than it did in the way in. Jana’s pieces are beautiful, timeless, breathtaking.

I absolutely love this store! A Lily Dale staple. My mom and I come to Lily Dale every year. When we talk about Lily Dale, we talk about the treasures you can find at the Crystal Cove. The staff is so easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the items and so helpful. The owner is always there and so kind. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been going to the Crystal Cove for 20+ years every summer on a day trip to Lily Dale. I LOVE IT! When you walk in you’re immediately greeted by a wonderful aroma and soft, chamber-like music. The staff is well dressed, polite, friendly and helpful. I always leave with a unique purchase, and if you love incredibly beautiful and non cookie-cutter jewelry, this is the place to go!

My favorite place in Lily Dale. There's no where better to go to find the best jewelry, incense, or books, along with the more than helpful and kind staff. Jana (the owner) is one of the nicest women I have had the pleasure of knowing and I recommend Crystal Cove to anyone visiting Lily Dale!

I absolutely live to visit this shop every summer, a few times if possible! It's the best, they carry EVERYTHING you could possibly want, no matter what your spiritual path. A must-see! Lily Dale in summer is the most beautiful place on earth!

I have been coming to the Crystal Cove since I was ten(currently twenty nine). The staff is always welcoming and owner Jana is the nicest woman in the world. They have the best selection on crtstals and Crystal based jewelery.

I can’t count the number of years I have been visiting Lily Dale and The Crystal Cove. This is my all time favorite place to shop and Jana is a wonderful proprietor. Everything is beautiful and unique in the shop and I am very sad and disappointed that I won’t be able to shop there this year.

Before you buy anything, make sure they don't have it at the cheaper gift shop down the road. Other than that, they have beautiful stuff here and a great selection. Usually crowded. Can't bring your stuff in, but I've never had a problem leaving it outside.

I love this shop, I go here first on every visit to Lily Dale! It is amazing and feels so good as soon as you walk in, unique, one of a kind gifts.
