Binghamton DMV Office

Ladies were very nice I went in previously and got all the paperwork that we needed so everything is filled out and done it was a breeze everything is said and done Sarah was happy and I am happy a little sad but very happy for her my baby is growing up now and has her own wheels and now she doesn't need me anymore LOL just kidding congratulations to my smart and beautiful intelligent daughter love you sweetheart 😘

Came to register a vehicle at about 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. In and out in 15 minutes! Clerks were very sweet! Thank you!

No line, pleasant staff all in all a great visit.

We arrived about a half an hour before closing time and had a very short wait. The clerk was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The transaction took perhaps 15 minutes tops. I told the clerk to tell her supervisor their office has a 5 star rating especially compared to my local office two hours away. It's worth the trip to come here over other DMVs that I have been to!

I walked in, got registration renewed quickly and was out in several minutes. I am sure there are busy times too. The DMV employees were all very nice to me. However, I treat them with respect & smiles too. I am sure the DMV employees meet all kinds of personalities!

DMV usually has a bad rep. Needed to get plates today. Went online took the only slot they had open at 1145. I was out by 1205. Clerk at window 1 was so nice and she was quick. The guy at the door had a great sense of humor. Everything went so smooth!!

While the waiting room was always full when I get there, I pulled number 83 and they were on 63. I was only waiting an hour; they were moving at a good pace. I arrived at 2pm and was out by 3.30pm. Best DMV I've been to.

Everyone was friendly and pleasant. In and out within 30 minutes. Parking can be tricky, not a lot of options. Overall, can't complain. It was relatively painless.

Finally got 2 registrations done. Switching plates on both. Insurance card for 1 had wrong dates. Called for another to be faxed to dmv. Used older forms but they were allowed. Saw a lot of frustrated people but I brought a book to read 📖😊

As long as you make an appointment, you will get in and done quickly. I actually hope it remains like that. So much easier and no waiting.

Went to return plates and it was pretty pleasant experience. The employees were nice and wait was short. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I love our Dmv the people we have in our Dmv !!! They deal w alot of headaches and they still keep a smile on while the people in line struggle through that process full of red tape and headaches.

The Staff here are courteous. There are enough spaces to park your car. It gets crowded after 2-3 hours of their working time. I like this place.

Lol. I personally find funny giving 5 stars to a DMV office but they are chinning. Great service!!! Organized, dedicated and fast.

5 stars for the nice and friendly staff except for the one with the face mask. She needs to find a different job. 1 Star for her

The wait was very short and the service was very good. Much better to than the other DMV's I've been to in NY.
