Clean store, good selection and friendly staff. I came in with my dog Sky and Justin fitted her for a harness and gave me some good training tips.. Sky enjoyed herself so much that she didn't want to leave. She's a strong willed Red Heeler so she thinks her opinions count. Lol Justin was kind enough to get her back in the car for me. She is a recent rescue who had been through I owners before I got her so I think maybe getting in a vehicle brings back a negative experience she may have had. Once my busy season is over I plan to sign up for some training with Justin.

Just got some vita worms through door dash. My beardie loves them! He keeps staring at the container he definitely wants more hahaha. They put it together so quickly for me! And they were pretty cheap a 30 count for 4 bucks not too bad. Thanks petco!! My bearded dragon. Now has a full belly!

We had our Husky/Malamute River groomed with Kerry H this last Saturday for the first time. And she did an amazing Job! River can be skiddish around new people and he warmed up to her quickly. We were very impressed with Kerry and the entire process. River will now be returning for a good pampering every 6 to 7 weeks! Thank you Kerry and the team at the Petco in JC! ❤🐕

Petco is always one of my weekly runs I love their kind friendly family environment where they always make you feel at home and if your not sure of something or you don't where something is they will help you in a flash

Walked in2 Petco JC today. Greeted by very nice staff, who checked immunization/rabie shot hx. Paige spent time making my Shihtzu puppy comfortable, even getting down on the floor with her. She looped leash around her and “Buffy” just trotted to the back table with her. Paige did an excellent job trimming her nails. Highly recommend Petco and it’s staff. It was a very positive experience.

The staff is very helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond, as my request was out of the ordinary. And it is because of the wonderful help of the staff to my animal is now thriving. Great job Petco people 👏.

i took my dog here and the groomer paige did fantastic job, making my dog smell soo good and feel soo soft, thank you so much, will be making future appointments with her !

I'm very satisfied with the deshedding plus service my golden retriever gets at Petco. He is very difficult to groom and they do a wonderful job. The staff is so friendly and helpful for all our grooming needs.

Even though I regularly only have like $50 in the bank, I get all of my pets needs filled here. They have a great membership thats actually completely worth it, and I love that they "Stop the Shock"

Found everything I needed. I wish they had fish there but other than that they have all bases covered.

All of the employees at the Johnson City store have always been kind and helpful to me but today I'd like to thank one in particular, Sarah. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness when my dog fell ill on a Saturday night and of course I could not find a veterinarian on a Sunday. Thank you Sarah!

The woman working helped me decide on a new brand of dog food and gave me a bunch of coupons. Even more, she allowed my little man take her by the hand and take her around the store and show him things he thought were so cool!

Helpful employees, but didn't have the emergency care products I wanted for my rabbit. No wonder Amazon does so well!

Petco is my go to pet store. I bring my dog with me whenever I go and the workers there are amazing. They always stop what they are doing to shower my dog with affection. She looks forward to going as much as I do!

Store is warm, clean and inviting. So many kitties there at this time of the year ( February) they where all warm in cozy in their clean beds. I had to ask the staff for assistance , gale was so helpful...helped me find pee pads and helped me get the the best price for XL pee pads. We all know times our hard and stock is low. But the staff went out of its way to make my shopping experience great. Shout out to the gal that helped me she was so very knowledgeable!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a very excited person who wanted to know if I needed help with my puppies. I explained to her what I needed and she immediately took me to where the harnesses were. She gave me honest opinions and even helped me size the dogs for the appropriate fit. Very happy with the staff, the store was very clean and very happy with the information I received at checkout as well regarding grooming and insurance.
