Creature Comforts

I love this store so much. It's so much fun to take my little girl there with my family and enjoy a nice aquarium in the southern tier. It is a store but the way it's set up is that you can take your little ones there. Super fun activity in the winter time.

The lady working the fish section tonight was incredible. So insanely knowledgeable & helped me learn everything I needed to know about purchasing an Axolotl. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but she was wonderful!

Our fish was dying so we went to get our water tested and it turned out perfect. We bought a new heater and filter and the fish seems to be thriving. Creature Comforts really took care of us and made sure we had what we needed for our aquarium. We get our new fish on Wednesday when they get new stock. Thank you Creature Comforts

Great store for anything you could possibly need pet wise, especially if your looking for a specialty pet or their accessories. We just have a typical dog and cats but my son loves to go look at all the critters at creature comforts, especially the reptiles. They have a wide variety of animals and every kind of accessory and toy you could imagine. While we were there , there we saw multiple staff feeding animals, getting animals out for people to purchase and asking us as well as others if there was anything we needed help with. I have also delt with staff on the phone when I called to inquire about a replacement cord for my dogs training collar. I was informed that they didn't sell them but that he had one he could bring in for me and provided it at no cost. I would definitely recommend creature comforts for any of your animal needs or even if your kiddos just like looking at critters, they everything from: turantulas, tortoises, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrites, birds, ball pythons, tree frogs, giekos, scorpions, mice, lizards, glow fish, living coral, you name it they've got it.

They say first impressions are everything and with my first experience with the staff of creature comfort who went above and beyond raises them to the next level , it's good to see that there's still people left in this world to where it's more than just a job , it's highly recommended that whatever your need is to give them a call first , thank you again

We went Creature Comforts to get a few fish for my youngest son. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best fish for the setup that we have. They also made sure we had everything we needed to set up the tank and take care of the fish. Great locally owned pet store.

Fantastic customer service and a wide selection of supplies for all kinds of animals. Also a very fun place to go with children as there are plenty of small pets for sale to choose from. We bought our young bearded dragon here and he is a wonderful addition to our family.

I went in just to look as a first time customer, and ended up finding several corn snake morphs I've been looking at online for years. The staff took their time and were very friendly, got talking about our favorite morphs, snakes, pets in general. All the reptiles were in clean enclosures with clean water, food, and they all looked healthy. I ended up taking home a baby corn snake who I've named Hopper. He is healthy, already eating and doing very well. Prices seem on par with current online and in store prices I've seen. Highly recommend this pet store.

Always love this place for treats and snacks for my dog. Love the good variety of toys and treats. Plus other products for cats, like litter and scratching posts.

They have just about anything you need for your pets. Staff is helpful. Everyone is very nice.

The store with the most pet choices in the area. I especially love the aqua zone!

Love being able to support local people while getting everything I need for our pets. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Great selection at your locally owned pet store. Great staff. Support local business. They also accept returns if the product doesn't work out. Supplies for every pet and leashed dogs are welcome. I plan to take my puppy for a happy time and treats after vaccinations.

Great place for any of your animal family members needs, the staff is knowledgeable and they always have great recommendations and answers to questions.

Absolutely satisfied with my service here. We got two rats, but as first time rat owners, we were apprehensive about exactly what to get. The staff was lovely and more than helpful in making sure we got exactly the right cage, food, bedding, and toys.

I went in to buy crickets for the Gecko I'm babysitting and they gave me some education on crickets. It was valuable information that I didn't know so I was very appreciative of them doing that for me.

I got my pet snake from Creature comforts, and I am very pleasantly satisfied with how they have been with their customer service! Especially during the whole COVID pandemic, the employees are very nice, and willing to help out in any way they can. I started out with a 10 gallon tank for my pet, and after almost a month of having my pet snake, and a visit or two to the store, I upgraded her tank to a 30 gallon tank with a stand, and some more accessories and an employee was VERY helpful with me getting what I needed to pull the new set together.
