Save yourself some time and stop searching for roofing companies, these guys are the best. I needed a repair (water dripping ahead of my gutter) everyone wanted to give me a new roof. Mike came out, gave me a quote for fix and repair. We opted for the repair since the roof was relatively new. Cody and team blew through it in 1 day and cleaned it up like it never happened! Great work guys! I've already given 1 referral and they were as happy as I was with the service. Keep up the great work!

I have 46 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. I am very particular about achieving a quality project outcome especially at my residence.

After vetting and receiving proposals from several experienced roofing contractors I selected Peranich & Shelp to replace my roof.

The 27 square roof required a complete tear and replacement with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingle system. An 8 person crew completed the entire project in 11 hours. Landscape an adjacent property was protected from any damage. The replacement roofing system was expertly installed and in accordance with the manufactures specifications. One of the owners (Cody) was on site the entire time overseeing the work.

The crew left my property as clean as when they arrived. All in all a 5 Star experience!

These guys just replaced our roof and gutters for a very reasonable cost. They were extremely responsive and professional. Completed the job in a single day and you would never have known they were present because they did such a great job with clean up as well. Will use them again for any project in the future.

These are the pros. They went out of their way to help when a big leak developed. They replaced half my roof in 3 hours using 7 men. It was amazing. In addition, they are friendly people and very very easy to work with. Price was less than I expected. In our area, I would not think twice. The owners absolutely put the customers best interest and satisfaction as their number one priority over profit.

One of the two owners, Mr Shelb, came for the estimate. He talked to us, listened to our requests and concerns then he got on the roof to make a thorough inspection for the estimate. The typed up estimate is a detailed itemized job list with associated cost for each item. We had 7 or 8 different estimates. This one stood out above the rest. The attention to detail, the ease of communication with Mr. Shelb, not pushy, no pressure. We felt completely comfortable trusting them with our roof, soffit and gutter job.

The other owner, Mr. Peranich, was here on site for the duration of our roofing job. The work crew are such hard workers and all very nice guys. We are very impressed with the quality and speed they got the work done.

This is the only place we called that we had to wait for a few weeks for the scheduled estimate appointment. When we signed the contract, no deposit is required, our job is scheduled four months out. In the end, we are glad we chose Peranich and Shelb. It is really worth the wait.

Peranich & Shelp were the subcontractors for a major builder whom we hired to build a large addition to our home. P&S did our roof and provided excellent customer service in respect to the roofing. Moreover, I was lucky to have Tom Shelp advise me from the start on the general approach to the project.

On April 4, 2018 the winds were gusting at 60MPH and blew the metal fascia off the front of my deck. I called P&S the next morning but the crew was on a job in Pa. I left a message to call me but pursued other roofers and one came out and gave me an estimate, but couldn't get back to fix it until the following week. On April 6 Mike Peranich was at my door before 8:30 am and had it fixed before noon. Couldn't be happier!!!! They are a first class outfit.

I was very happy with the work that Peranich & Shelp did for me. Their customer service was exceptional. The office staff was always very helpful and professional and the workers were always on time and did a great job!

Most reliable and profession contract company in the area! Tom and his crew are by far the best, work ethic is amazing and their work is perfection! Could not be happier with all they have done for my husband and I.

Great job, treated myself and fiance with respect the entire time. We gave them two huge jobs with our kitchen and den. Both were completed before the quoted due date.

We had an ice dam and these guys took care of the snow and ice then repaired the issues, all on short notice. Couldn't be more pleased with everything and looking forward to having them replace the whole thing this fall!!!
