Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Kirkwood, NY

6 guys working very hard getting my filthy truck clean. They do a great job here.
As far as how it takes to get in, that’s the way it goes at all truck washes.
Here’s the before and after pics.

Truck is clean, but Everytime I mention the mud and dirt that collects above the bumper of the trailer, and Everytime you say "we will get that today". Here we are again.....and toss that dang flashlight

Visited again today, truck looks great, and they even got the mud off the back of the trailer. Thx guys.

2/25/24 once again they say yep we know exactly where you mean, and of course goes around with the flashlight, somehow can't see the mud on top of the bumper of the trailer.... Same circus different clowns.

Went through today with my truck and livestock trailer these guys did an amazing job. Took their time and did it right. Well done 👍

In and out fast for a trailer wash out they were through in the washing got all of my splled milk from previous run out and looking spotless. The manager was nice and engaging, which made me feel very welcomed and valued as a customer.

Please note... 5* Rating based on professionalism and customer attentiveness... I got in line on 2/21/24 @ 1715, I pulled into Wash bay at 1920. 2hrs waiting in line... Wait time alone gives 1 star rating... But I told the dude that approached me I wanted a Classic But I wanted my FRAME cleaned well that I had been waiting 2hrs. Long story short... My Bobtail got attention it never has at any other Blue Beacon including this one... The dude that took my request was the SAME dude that rang me out at the register. I asked him if he was a Manager... and his HUMBLE response was "I'm just a supervisor". I'm here to say that "AJ" or "Alonzo" is worthy imo of a promotion! With a line that long... NO Blue Beacon has given that much attention no matter how much money you forking out... But this dude actually cared!! Cared that I had been waiting for 2hrs as just a Bobtail. And I can only imagine that my wait time was due to "Alonzo" giving EVERY driver the attention they deserve! Well done BB of Binghamton!!

Wow!! What a great group. They did an amazing job on my truck. I forgot the person in charge's name. I think it is Brandon. He is a perfect example of how to represent a company. First class top-notch customer service. All of them showed great pride in their work.

They did one heck of a job washing my truck. There was about 6 of them so it took no time for my truck to be washed. 3 trucks were ahead of me and I only sat for 40 min.

I've been to a lot of these places. This one by far was the quickest and had the best quality wash job. The guys were all so friendly and didn't waist any time getting me in and out!

Wait period was brief, washers payed close attention to detail, asked questions like "any particular areas we need to show extra attention to?" Highly recommend. I will return if I'm in the area and need a good truck wash

I loved the place because it was where I wanted it to be. Right on my way to a customer.
There are two lines there. At night only one was working.
Guys there were friendly and professional. They washed out my trailer to a perfect condition.
Please note: if you go through TA or directly, don't miss the right turn to the entrance. If you see Exit sight you should back up. If it is night time, you can go ahead like 1,500 feet and turn around on FedEx parking.

No spots! The wait was a little long but that's not their fault. Pretty standard in an area like this. They had plenty of staff to keep the trucks rolling through as fast as they could while still remaining thorough. One of the better Blue Beacons.
