i had remote start put in today in my van the person that help me was very helpful and went over all the options on the remote and help me choose the one best for me they installed it today also less than 1 hour good place to go for this stuff thank again

I had an aftermarket APIM module installed in my Ford Expedition yesterday . These guys are extremely professional and friendly . They double checked the install because I was having an issue but it turned out to be bad wifi reception . Customer satisfaction is number one . Will recommend them to everyone for a professional install and great service .

Amazing customer service
Went to hi way hi fi in Ithaca. They couldn’t figure out why my auto start wasn’t working after a hour of labor. Told me it was no longer good.Then tried to get me to buy a new one. Went to Benchmark audio in Horseheads had it fixed in ten minutes minutes no need to buy a new one.

This place is awesome. Great guys! I'm a mechanic that got the task of installing a radio in a John Deere loader. So maybe a little out of the norm. I needed an antenna adapter to make it work. Luckily, they happened to have one in stock. Then plug n play and I'm in business. So glad they made this a super easy fix and I didn't have to wait days for it to come. Thanks dudes!

Had a great experience here !! They fixed a mess made by BestBuy installer and fixed me up with a head unit that was actually compatible with my vehicle , 2005 Hummer H2 and I am so pleased with the finished product! They were professional, polite and very knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend them for your car audio needs , they have been around for many years and they won’t treat you like the big box stores might !

Absolutely great service here.
Received a car starter as a gift and they set it right up quickly and conveniently. After another shop in my hometown totally messed up the system, Benchmark fixed all their mistakes for me and at a wonderful price. Nothing but good things to say and I will definitely work with them in the future!!!

Outstanding customer service. I needed a fair amount of cat6 wire and the owner offered I take the full box and just bring back what I didn’t use. Who does that these days. As a business owner myself I REALLY appreciate good customer service.

Absolutely amazing service! They called and explained different options that they had for a new radio. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive one. They are not only quick and efficient, but ensure they are producing quality work. I would highly recommend them!

Always a good experience dealing with Benchmark Audio. I’ve never had an install done there because I enjoy doing it myself but Tim and his staff have never hesitated to answer any questions I have. Always helpful.---- So google wont let me add another review so this is an add-on to my previous review. Just got my car back from getting audio system tuned (a bit more involved than just adjusting bass and treble) They did a fantastic job, the stereo sounds great and the cost was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Tim and his staff.

Benchmark did a great job installing a new radio for me. I was able to go to the store and pick from a good selection of units that would fit my car. Tim, Nick, and Carl were all very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Talk about going the extra mile! Benchmark installed an automatic car starter on our new vehicle in August of 2016. In July of 2017, we had an issue with the vehicle not starting. This issue occurred on three separate occasions dating in July, September and October. The dealership we got the vehicle from claimed it was due to the car starter. After two towing trips back to the dealership, we talked to Benchmark about it. They did some quick investigating and said it was a bad relay, not they’re starter. The dealership would not listen. Tim and the gang from Benchmark purchased the relay, drove thirty miles to and from the dealership two days in a row, replaced the relay, and got our car running without a problem. They even drove the car back to their shop so we could pick it up there, which saved us an hour of our time. Benchmark only charged us a total of $33 just to cover the cost of the parts. They went above and beyond to rectify a stressful situation by providing superb customer service. We thank you Benchmark for all that you did for us.

Benchmark was great about installing my remote start! I guess I had something spill on my key fob and the owner was great about cleaning it off, he’s a fantastic guy and I highly recommend him!

Great experience, knowledgeable staff if they don't have an answer for you right away they will help you find it.
Got my remote start from here has worked great for years, had to replace my battery and they got me in quickly and got it working again.
