Metro Mattress Johnstown

We went in to look at mattresses without the intentions of buying on this day. The sales person Kyle was very accommodating and helped us choose the perfect mattress. The prices are a bit high but you really get what you pay for! The quality of the mattress and the quality of the customer service from the show room to the delivery was A++. We purchased mattresses from Ruby &quiri last August but they were no where near as wonderful as Kyle at metro mattress. Thank you!

Was not sure was ready to buy a mattress yet, wanted to check some out because the Lucid I got off Amazon was way to stiff. CHERIE SNELL was fantastic and really helped us realize exactly what bed we wanted. Thank you Cherie for taking the time to help us make the right choice.

I recently had the most amazing experience shopping for a mattress. I went into Metro Mattress in Johnstown about 10 minutes before the store closed to try a mattress I had researched online. Cherie greeted me with a smile and was super friendly asking me what I was shopping for. The exact mattress I was looking for was not in the store, but she told me she could help me make the decision and was able to get the mattress I was looking for if that’s what I wanted. She was not pushy and took extra time to help me try a similar mattress and helped explain the differences. She did not try to upsell me and in fact suggested that since I would have 365 days to try the mattress to go with the less expensive one first. I ended up purchasing the one that was a bit more expensive as I wanted the more cooling effect and better quality the mattress offered. Cherie was very knowledgeable and was like talking with a friend who wanted me as the customer to make the best decision for me. She stayed past closing time to help me out and never once did I feel she was trying to rush me. Edit: I received my new mattress 2 days ago, exactly as scheduled. The service was superior, bringing my mattress to my home into my home, up a flight of stairs and set everything up, including my adjustable frames, which didn’t even come from them. It was very quick and the delivery gentlemen were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Metro Mattress if shopping for a new mattress!

First off the store is very welcoming and pleasure to shop at. Austin who is an old friend from High School, went above and beyond in helping my family secure the bed frame we needed. The store manager that was also there, made the experience easy and quick. I highly recommend the Johnstown store and if you have Austin as a sales rep, he will make sure that you leave with what you want and that you are happy. Thank you again!!

I picked out the Chattam & Wells Windsor Castle Luxe mattress. I researched the company and was very impressed with the quality and workman-ship that went into the production of this brand. I was also lucky enough to have a Metro Mattress near-by where I could actually visit. This is a mattress you just have to see and feel for yourself. It also sits beautifully on the Avon Platform that I also purchased there. Cherie and Jacob were beyond helpful and informative, making my decision very easy. The free, next day delivery was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. I expect to spend many, many years enjoying my purchase. EXCELLENT job, Metro Mattress!

Cherie was amazing! She was so informative and caring when I explained what I was looking for because I have lower back pain. She helped me pick just the right one out. It was delivered quickly and professionally put together. Last night was the first night on it. It was the first time I’ve woken up without excruciating lower back pain in a very long time. Austin our sales associate was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining all the different types of mattress. When we told him about our needs for comfort he directed us to Tempur-pedic. After laying on the bed we could feel the comfort and we both were ready to take a nap. Austin made our shopping experience very pleasurable.

Jacob was very friendly, accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I had my kids with me and he was quick to give them an activity while my girlfriend and I tested beds. Would recommend

Shari was very knowledgeable of the products both in the store and online. She helped us find a comparable mattress to test since the one we wanted was only available online.

I would like to thank the sales rep for not being pushy. My husband n I went in just to look he had us try different mattress, however when it came time I knew what I wanted and he tried to put it in our budget .
