Shepard Oil has always been beyond wonderful to me. When I first moved to this area it was a nightmare trying to find a reliable reasonable Oil and Kerosene Company. I saw one of their trucks one day and called them since then I never had an issue or a problem. You do have to preplan your oil and kerosene deliveries as you do with any of the local suppliers. You can't call when your almost out of fuel and expect the delivery the next day. They are busy like every other supplier is especially when it gets brutally cold outside. They are I feel for me anyways the best in the area. Very highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! So fed up!!! Took almost 3 weeks to get my 1st delivery of fuel. 3 different times they didn't show up. Then they didn't even fill my tank, they only delivered 1/4 tank. So 2 weeks later, I needed more fuel. Surprise surprise, didn't show either day they said (which was 1 week after I called, anyway) It's been 3 days with NO heat. Had to go buy electric heaters so my pipes don't freeze. WILL NOT BE BACK NEXT YEAR! If you can't keep up with the customers you have, don't take on more!

You order your fuel and it takes 5 days to get it delivered NOT a happy person
