The team for ocean state is friendly and perfessional. They were quick on services. Appreciate the effort to make sure my place was fresh painted and cleanedin a timely manner. I went explained what I needed put applications in and as soon something came available I was noted. Checked place out and bam I was in. Ty ocean state realty!

The upstairs tenants regularly flooded their bathroom and had water pouring out of my bathroom ceiling, told the owner of the business multiple times and matience claimed the problem was fixed, even when it continued to flood visibly. The receptionists Trish was almost stalkerish when it came to collecting money, one instance, she literally cornered me on the street. The owner is more concerned with going on vacation and leaving her business unmanaged

Major bed bug issues that were not disclosed to us upon signing the lease. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!! Owner told me this morning that every single one of her properties gets sprayed by Mohawk valley pest control monthly! We’ve lived here for 2 months, they have come and sprayed 4 times... every morning we wake up with dozens of bites on us.. DOZENS!! This includes my 5 month old son as well. We’ve begged for the owner to try a different pest control company for Mohawk agreed they do not use the proper method to rid bedbugs. Owner told me “Don’t tell me how to run my business,” she obviously doesn’t understand that she is personally liable for this issue and my sons doctors visits. We asked for our rent we’ve paid and deposit back but were denied. Please anyone reading this, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Rented from this place and had nothing but issues the lights through out the apartment flicker on and off, the power outlets 3 of 4 were not working in one of my bedrooms, the bathroom tile fell in no one came to fix it. It took 5 months just to have there shotly maintenance crew come in to fix two drawers and look at issues with my doors, no smoke detectors, in the apartment. The pest service they use is useless, and she does not keep up with maintaining her properties at all. She wants to charge 1900 dollars for damages no I don't think so. The only thing I can say is money hungry

2 employees there are rude. And love to talk about tenits and cause problems. Im glad i dont have to deal with it anymore.

Just simply avoid them. Put your time and trust elsewhere. The worst I’ve ever seen

Money hungry people they don't fix anything and steals horrible realty company!!

Rented from this place. Hurricane came through and they would not refund our trip. No

Would not rent from here again
