Great experience, researching with and purchasing our new vehicle through Brown's Ford.
Helpful and patient with all of our questions. We were slow moving and they were 0 pressure.
We were informed of rebates and offers and they even went back and completed paperwork to get one more after the sale. Great follow up too as we had some additional questions and needed help with a few new tech features we were unfamiliar with.
Highly recommend them after our experience.

Amazing service. Took very good care of my boyfriends 2013 ford focus st. When receiving the car back, we discovered oil protection guards to protect the seats and floorboards. Already scheduling next maintenance.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The technician showed me everything I asked about and explained even more. They allowed me a quiet place to do a conference call (it was raining), and a sales rep was super helpful without pressuring. I felt cared about for sure and am thankful.

We had an experience with the company where one of our son's in-laws had purchased all of the parts for a repair on a foreign-made car, and we asked if they would install the parts so our daughter-in-law would feel safe on the road. Brown's completed the work and we were all completely satisfied.

I would definitely bring my truck back here they where very nice ppl here an very understanding got me in to a rental in like a day or 2 an my truck was ready alot sooner then I thought i5 would be needing a new transmission...I am definitely going back there with my ranger for everything.....I just bought a new 2024 bronco on Monday the 12th....its by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle in my life time...if u go there to buy a car definitely ask for mike he was great answered all my questions an did exactly what I asked...an for how long it took it didn't take long at all this place is amazing

I was extremely pleased with Zack, the young man who helped me at the service department. The car that I just purchased had a computer panel fry before I even hit 5000 miles and Zack was able to get me a rental car for no cost to me in order to get it in to get it repaired. The repair was quicker than we originally thought it would be by many days. The part was supposed to take a week to be delivered and was delivered in only a couple of days. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the people that I dealt with and the speed in which they repaired my vehicle

I had the best experience at Brown's Ford in Johnstown. My sales rep,Tom Gati was so helpful,Brittany was a super help for me and Larry was great at helping me close the deal on my new car. They are all kind,caring,helpful and will do there best to make sure you have and get what u want.
I truly recommend everyone who looking for there first or just wanting another to give them a stop in. I'm sure you will walk away as happy as I did.ill definitely will be returning in a couple years to them again.

I love My new Bronco! I loved the 2021 Bronco we traded in, but the New one is Fully loaded!! They always give us such a great deal!! Nobody around here can beat them!! I would recommend going to this location and NOT Amsterdam!! The finance manager is AMAZING!!! She'll go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want!!

This was my best experience I have had at a Ford dealership by far. Completely worth the hour drive. I have purchased/leased vehicles from 4 other Ford Dealerships in the Capital District and I can say that I will not be going anywhere else for my vehicles in the future. Brittany was professional, got back to me immediately with my questions and made the entire process seamless. From my first email inquiry on a Friday morning, all of my questions were answered quickly and completely. By Saturday afternoon I was driving away in my new vehicle. While at the dealership, Tom assisted with the transaction and went out of his way to make my family comfortable. No upselling, no pressure, great experience overall.

Brown's Ford always does a great job for us and gets us in and out quickly. That being said, we will not be buying another Ford as they just haven't been very reliable compared to our Dodge units.

Vehicle fixed in an appropriate amount of time. Thankfully under warranty. Staff very friendly
