I had the absolute best experience with obtaining a mortgage for my new manufactured home through First Credit , Ann Diodato , loan underwriter was such a pleasure to work with, 5 star service all the way! Answered any questions I had quickly and updated me on the process consistently. The lawyer at closing was so informative and explained each step of the closing process, even the owner of the company came from New York to be present at the closing in Massachusetts. Would highly recommend First Credit, they took away the stress involved in purchasing a home!

My real estate salesperson recommended another mortgage provider who is one of the very largest in the manufactured home mortgage business. Several weeks later and just before I was about to pay for a home appraisal with this other large mortagage company, First Credit Corporation was recommended to me by a local (eastern Pennsylvania) manufactured home real estate expert. She connected my wife and I to First Credit Corporation. We had a wonderful experience from day 1 through closing. We saved a few percent on the loan rate, got a 20 year term instead of a 25 year term, and everything was done in a caring and friendly manner. We are very grateful and RECOMMEND this company whole heartedly!
